I am stuck on set up page in my mobile phone. Page says light up the device . From there i am unable to click on next. Watch is already connected to my phone.

At first I had trouble with synchronizing to the app. Figured it out and that works fine. Now I just wish that we could add other activities to the app for calories burned. I previously had Jawbone and at least I could tack on extra activities other than running/walking. Hopefully they'll add it.

First connect to device was from 10 attempt and after one day. Hope in future it will work ok.

Get no notify on emails even though software and watch firmware are all up to date, watch fully charged, watch/phone properly bluetooth - paired, I do receive text notifies, but not for emails...and yes, ALL notify options are selected to ON. And no I won't respond to your autoresponder request to contact you and repeat everything I just mentioned here again...I await your prompt solution HERE...thank you.

It's incredible how something so wonky is allowed to be sold. At this point I'm not sure if it's the software or the watch itself. Just trying to set a reminder and it won't even let me without restarting the watch for some reason and it never even saves the reminder. And of coarse I lost all my steps and recorded distance for the day after trying to just add a reminder

Worst smart watches I ever used. Glad I only paid $25 for my ZeWatch 2. Claims it failed. GARBAGE.

The watch paired nicely with my Motorola Moto G 3rd generation but since I upgraded my phone, it no longer wants to connect to my watch for some reason.

My charging cord broke and I need a new one and guess what they don't sell new charging chords. Now I see why Meijer got rid of this company horrible. I emailed customer support 1 month ago and still haven't got an email back. Horrible company and horrible service. I will never buy a product from mykronoz again unless they resolve this issue for me.

Doesn't work at all - contacted support center and raised ticket - even after 2 weeks no proper corrective action. Stay away from this product.

Won't sync properly. It won't reset. The bluetooth's is messing up with the rest of my settings on the phone. Won't track steps or sleep

every time I try to connect the watch with Bluetooth it connects but the app says select accessories and I can't select any thing or move on without doing that step

1. Why do I have to login 2. Why do I have to login when your PC and mobile software can't even connect to your database

Finally watch is now fully working :-) The watch looks nice but its not up to the standard of working with the app. The watch syncs fine with the app, but the only data showing on the app is the sleep content, no other data is available. Create a new version of the app to solve these issues. Just tested the app and watch with my old LG phone and all sections synchronised first time. But doesn't work with properly with my Huawei Lite phone.

I can't get my watch to sync with the app! This is very frustrating. It won't even let me change the date format. I received this as a birthday present. I just wish I could use it? When is the next software update?

For some reason it worked first day and today it won't link to the app,Dont know why the app. Kicked my smartwatch off so that I would have to try to link it back to it. Please help. And I tried couple times to link it didn't work. If can't get it to work sending it back.

In order to sync the watch with the phone, the app requires internet connection and a ZeWatch account. Why on Earth would it require internet to set the watch date and time? This is not an issue if you are in a place with reception but if you are abroad for example, it becomes a huge problem. When the watch shuts down (on low battery power), it loses the current time setting and resets when powered up. This could have an easy fix. Just connect the phone and sync the watch, but nooo, you need internet!

I'm having trouble getting my watch connected to my phone...my bluetooh doesn't find the watch...i'm doing everything told in the manual and it still doesn't work..even more my watch doesn't make that sound it suposed to make when starting the bluetooth connection...i would like an answer please..also i would like to point out that the watch is freshly out of the box..not used before...

How does this work? I never got any notification on wrist although everything is paired. Also all notifications are green, thus is bad. Really bad.

Not always working. Now I can't find the watch on app. It connects through Bluetooth, but not in the app. Very annoying...

Love this tracker but I wish it didn't change my phone's ringtone. I have different ringtones for different contacts, but my phone only plays the default ZeWatch ringtone. And I wish that it could play the ringtones programmed in my phone through the watch. I would give it a better rating if this was fixed.

Can't get updates and my phone does not ever show my progress. They sync but no data on my phone just the watch. I also cannot see text messages on my watch from my phone.

Charged the watch for two days and never turned on. When charging the logo flashes and it vibrates. Waste of time and money!! Don't buy it!!

One day the caller ID works and I get my email and messages, then for a couple of weeks it only shows me the number calling. Doesn't sync with anything other than the time.

I try to set it up and it tells me that my email address is already being used so I tried my husband and got the same thing now I'm not liking this product

App is not able to find the device during setup. Bluetooth is able to find the device and it shows in list but App is not showing any device in list to setup.

The app offers some great features but the thing is, is that the user interface is really clunky that it needs a redesign

Pairing with mobile is very simple and very quick but with this app is awfull!hard!

Hi guys. I bought yesterday the zewatch2. Im charge it 10 house and i can't turn on. What can I do?

Brand new Samsung Galaxy. When downloading the app and trying to login and create a profile it won't even let me click the I have read the terms and agreements. Or let me even read the terms and agreements. Help
