How can i change my ringtone in my ZeBracelet2 pleas tell me

It tells me upgrade your software, when I go to the website to do so there is only windows and apple, I try to press them but none work. Plz answer I want to use my lovely watch

I have tried to upgrade softwsre / firmware and app on 2 computers and my phone. Nothing it soo royally sucks. I bsrely use ut becsuse i cant.

Really like the design of the bracelet and the app is OK, but it sometimes lagging, not working all the time. I receive the msg only through hangout, the simple msg is not showing; I also like the "activity" at least it's not counting correctly sometimes, but it's fine mostly. I love the watch and the app, but really want you to upgrade it:) I Would also love the change of the watch ringtone :-D well, waiting for updates for the bracelet! Thank you, its a pleasure to use it!

I wrote to the user service many times. No answer. Watch does not work on 4 devices!!! What a disappointment.

My USERNAME & PASSWORD IS CLEARLY correct but this App honestlt doesnt work as its suppose to be; the so called watch is no good if the App doent work. I feel like i wasted my money on something which doesnt work. FIX THANX

Seriously would give -5 stars if there is such rating. Download registered and can't login nor sync the bracelet

Can't login. I know I have the right email and password. When password Is reset it says wrong email or password. I see others are having the same problem. I want it fixed or I will send it back.

On my second day using it and it keeps telling me my username and password are incorrect.

Used to work but last 3 day keep failed on sync data. I did update program and reset the watch but still didnt work

This app fails to sync now, fails every single time I try even though the phone and bracelet show they are connected

Used to sync and now fails every time even though the bracelet and phone are connected. Sleep is no longer recorded. Have not even used it for a solid week yet. Please fix!

When you step back in time the date changes incorrectly. Past 31st December it starts decreasing in years instead of days regardless if you are going backwards or forwards.

I have to reset to sync everything but when you reset you lose all data of course making this so and this bracelet useless. I just need a Bluetooth device it doesn't have to be on my wrist really. Returning this bad boy.
