Every time I try to add the Zaggle Prepaid card details in app it crashes

Booking done through app not shared with the restaurant and then no means to connect via app. Restaurants is also not recognising as they havenot received the order. Seriously need customer centricity and discount is not the only reason customer our coming to you

Says that the bill is already uploaded even when I uploaded it as soon as I received it. Also with the latest update I'm unable to login to my account as it keeps saying that my login credentials are incorrect even when I have tried changing the password twice.

This is the only app that I find which gives good Cashback points that can be easily use to buy shopping coupons....loved it

Not getting OTP while forgot password

I am unable to find cashback coupons....i had dropped an email to customer support but no one bothered to reply.

I'm trying to add zaggle card details but getting error as "Not a valid zaggle card number" and when searching for restaurant, deals are not visible. Please fix these bugs

Not able to reset password, I just changed my phone and reinstalled the app, I forgot my old password now there is no forgot password option to reset the password

Suddenly why cash back is not at all in the app now....what about my previous zaggle money.....I think this looks like pure cheating

All of a sudden my account got blocked and inspite of calling customer care more than 3 times, still no response received and no proper reply and support being given over call. Even after calling after 48 hours as informed by executive, the account is still blocked and no reply received. Pathetic customer service. A Without intimating for blocking my account the backend team blocked the account and on call they can not disclose the reason why the account was deactivated and the executives also not does not know how to reavtivate it again. Pathetic service and pathetic app

This app make you take picture of bills from built in camera. After taking photo it modifies it such that either full bill is not visible or make it blur. And they reject claim mentioning same reason. Their customer​ service is total waste. If you start chat with them you will get response​after 30 mins without any notification. So I am supposed to monitor chat continuously for 30 mins. Even though customer care is very responsive when contacted over email. But app definitely needs lot of work.

Zaggle sucks. They have weird ways of responding to tickets. They would close tickets without any resolution. Recently one of my genuine purchases have been turned down siting the reason that discounted bill are not considered for cashback... although the actual reason was never analyased. The discount or reduction was due to vat and thereafter the GST is adjusted

Worst app. Gives invalid coupons. It shows the credits in your account but after you redeem the credits they'll give invalid or already used coupons. Waste of time in uploading the bills and expecting something. Customer support is also not fair. They won't respond on time. I waited for 6 months, sending remainders. Now I stopped.

Never buy voucher from this company if you want instant vouchers. They send vouchers in 8-10 days. Very bad experience

Very good customer service. I had issues with zaggle card but they followed up and sorted issue. Keep up doing good work

Rejected d bill saying its discounted...bt it was due to deduction of vat..n addition of gst

I am sorry but the customer care is pathetic they havemt replied yet i have uploaded the bill like 17 hours back i still havent got any confirmation my bill is still pending and the customer ser vice is also not responding please look into the mattet or else i aint going to reccommend this app to any of them in future .

The deal about Eagle boys Pizza is a total wrong information. I have sent a complete email on what is wrong along with screenshit. A total misguided add on deals.

I redeemed my voucher, but still showed pending after 24 hours, service is very slow, and Costomer care doesn't pick the call

It is the worst app, I purchased bata evaucher but after purchasing footwear in shop, showing voucher not defined. What it mean.

Team response not good, bill rejection reasons also they are mentioned not related causes
