iTek Health Scale

The scale and app are not bad for the $20 I spent on BF at Home Depot. The scale and app work well, but as many other people have noted, the Google Fit integration does not work, but this was a nice to have - I don't remember it being advertised as connecting with gfit. If the gfit connection is fixed, I will gladly bump to 5 stars. Without it, everything still works extremely well!

I've reported that Google fit connection fails in multiple versions to support but can't even get a response. Oh well, maybe in the next release I can give this more than 1 star.

% BF only works reliably after you get out of the shower (damp but not wet feet), not a problem but might be useful to others. Problem is it doesnt sync or connect with any common device or app which makes it almost useless to me. Will be buying something else asap.

Since the update, it works great. Before​ that, connecting was hit and miss. It's not perfect, but none of the scales are, so I'm happy with this. Be advised, it doesn't connect to lots of things it was never intended to connect with. :p

I would give it a 4 however it will not connect to google fit. The connection fails every time I try.

It claims to connect to Google Fit but the connection always fails. If they don't want to provide basic support for claimed features, they should remove it.

Terrible. Scolding notes on my weight, can't enter my goals, when I try to set a reminder, I literally had to reboot my phone to get it to stop playing the alert. Fix you ap people because it sucks.

Wah, my xbox wont play PS3 games. This is why the app is rated low. It's a very well designed app, the only major concern I had was the accuracy of the muscle to viseral fat ratios. After taking a few weeks off of an intermediate exercise program I have successfully determined that actual muscle mass does have an effect on the reading.

Seriously, it doesn't say anywhere that it connects to Google fit. I got the scale for cheaper than any other health scale and it works just fine. 5 stars for doing what it says it does

Bluetooth refuses to sync with scale although my Samsung pad and Samsung phone are running Android 6.0.

I didn't like the app because it requires you to login to their service to access and track more than weight. The app doesn't indicate where the data is stored and how it is used.

Gets Google fit error, still won't sync good job guys so much for a smart scale.

Google fit connection failed, please fix

The app won't let me record weights of family members. I can't find a way to manually add their weights, and our weights are too close for the app to prompt for a different person.

Only reports weight and bmi but no other statistical data

Excellent scale, reasonably good app. Would really like if they could get the Google Fit integration worked out.

Use it to track. Don't cones the it to other things so have zero profiles. Good deal for the price I paid.

Get over telling me to get over it.

Great for weight - the other stats have updated ONCE in the months I've owned this scale.

I cant believe this app/scale has a <3 rating. I dont have a fitbit or google whatever other people are wining about but this scale and app literally do everything shown on the box and for 20 bucks gets five stars. I know how much my bones weigh while they're in my body!

Update 12/19- I emailed the mfr about Google fit. They are about to release a new version that fixes the Google fit issue. They estimate 2-3 weeks. I requested that they look into adding s-health as well. Original review - The scale works well and is accurate. It syncs with this app fine. It will display all statistics promised but you have to step on the scale with moist bare feet for it to calculate and display the advanced statistics. Does anybody know how to get it to correct to Google Fit???

It takes a little bit to understand where everything is on this ap, but once u fund it, it's all there. I have an Android phone and works just fine. There was only one issue I am trying to figure out, and that is how to delete a weight. My son stood on the scale and I added to my profile by accident. But other than that. I have been able to find everything else.

I read through these comments and I'm dumbfounded at how many people are giving negative reviews for this app and scale. I bought it at Home Depot for $20. The app works perfectly. I was able to change the units from kg to lbs and from cm to ft. and in. by just going into settings. It read my weight and all other measurements perfectly. All people need to do is click around the app for five minutes and you'll figure it out.

I picked the scale up for 15$ at home depot. The app works. It saves my weight fine. No, it does not connect to google fit but it NEVER PROMISED TO CONNECT TO ANYTHING BUT ITS OWN APP And it works.

I still have it installed in hopes that I can use it. The app won't connect to my WiFi. And I can't sign in. It is really frustrating. For now I'll just use it under the guest thing. Please fix so I can use it! And after you fix it I will rate it 5 stars.

It was promising until I tried to link it to Google Fit. The connection fails each time I've tried (literally over a dozen). Not a good experience out of the box.

It's syncing to my phone, let's me delete readings (swipe left to see trash icon), let me add my son (he likes the way it looks but we only worry about what he eats not weighs), and the difference from target weight, etc is helpful. I wish it would sync to google fit (it's my hub for tracking health apps), had better documentation (did just find that clicking on a weight record then stats tabs does give more information). But overall it's worth the $20 and probably more if holds up.

All the functions work, make sure to read the instruction manual if its only displaying weight. App is kinda glitchy sometimes but works decent overall.

Does not work as the company advertises. Won't synch with any of my other health tracking apps. Won't do any of the statistics the company promised. So, if you just want a scale, this is it.

I loved that it would keep track of my weight with the free app on my phone, however, unless I turn my phone on, open the app, then stand on the scale, it does not keep track or record my weight at all. Very disappointed.

I like the bluetooth and how it updates the app but I NEED the partner app integration. The Google Fit connection fails. Is there something I'm missing in the settings?

The app works with the scale. Syncs fine with all of our family members' phones. Unfortunately, like others mentioned, can't seem to sync with google fit.

Constantly tells me I do not have network connection when I try to sign up despite the fact that I AM connected both Wi-Fi and Mobile Data and synced with the Scale via Bluetooth. Ridiculous.

Stats and Google Fit connection. Early on I was unable to get all my stats to pull in but I think it may of had to do with the soles of my feet being to dry. But I still can't get the Google Fit connection to work.

I just wasted my money on this useless scale as it only syncs the weight, not anything else like the box says, and it keeps putting it in kilograms instead of pounds very frustrating it doesn't show the body fat hydration and other things that it says it does, this company should be sued. I returned it to the store

Trying to login and sign up is a nighmare. Wont connect to my wifi while I have full bars and all other apps connecting fine

The app doesnt give all the reading once I weigh myself. All thats showing up is weight. Fix and update please.
