Role Based Authorization Access:
- Property owner can request for multiple accounts with different access level for property management.
- Roles available for any particular property are: owner, manager and caretaker.
- Owner has access to all his properties where as caretaker has access only to his associated property.
- Owner has access to all the expenses and analytics for all his properties.
- It provides you with an overview of the occupancy of the rooms in your PG at any point of time.
- For all the bookings done via Zelo customer app/website is reported in the app.
- For any particular room, owner/caretaker can view present residents as well as upcoming residents
- For any resident, you can store his/her profile pic along with verification documents (photo ID proofs, address ID proof, company ID proof, etc.)
Switch Room functionality:
- Property owner/caretaker has the authority to switch rooms for a particular resident if needed.
- You need not fill the data again or do any changes henceforth related to rent and other details.
Expense Management & Analytics:
- Property owner can track the expenses for his various properties
- Property owner will get visualization on monthly revenue/expenses and analytical insights around the data
- Property owner/caretaker will be notified of any booking done by the customer on our platform
- Property owner/caretaker can communicate individually to his residents over the app and can send email/sms/app notifications
