Audio sync with Microphone stops working after less than a half hour. Very annoying. I'm not happy with this. My hardware audio device that came with my LEDs does a better job. I hope the developers fix this issue. Possible memory leak? The app will also freeze when selecting the microphone or audio tabs. Have to force stop the app and restart it to get it working.

App works well, wish there was a more detailed help information. It was not clear to turn off data on a phone - doing so made set up easy. Huge issue with lights going "offline" and not reconnecting. Have to factory reset. This happens far too often.

I've got 14 of these running in my home and I never have connection issues. Overall, I love it! I'd give it 5 stars but the functionality is not integrated into the Alexa app to change the color (on/off/adjust brightness) despite looking at the controller properties in Alexa it indicates that it's 'capable' of changing color temp. The loss of functionality not being able to adjust color in the Alexa app is important for the 'routines'. Obviously Phillips Hue figured out the seamless interoperability to allow for color change within the Alexa app. You can control the color of these LEDs with your voice through Alexa but not within the Alexa app/routines. I made it work by using the native app to handle some of the color changing functionality and Alexa handles adjusting brightness and routines for now. I recently purchased some Lohas bulbs and they use the Tunya app and they seem to utilize the same interoperability features in the Alexa app that Phillips Hue does and will also allow you to adjust color within the Alexa app and routines.

The instructions to factory reset the lights through the remote do not work. But if you unplug the power source multiple times it finally strobes and then you can find the lednet to connect.

Sucks! Can't get the wifi synced for LED light strip to be able to use Alexa to control it. The "factory reset" doesn't work so it's incredibly aggravating!!!

I would have given it 5 stars if the widgets worked all the time. They work great for about an hour and then suddenly stop responding and I have to delete it and set the button up again.

Excellent app does exactly what it says on the tin ???? Is there any way to add the option to keep the screen on when using the mic option to control strip LEDs as when the screen sleeps after a minute the mic control stops. My phone is the Google pixel.

Works ok for setting colours but due some reason, every other feature, like alarms or custom functions doesn't let you enter RGB values, you just have to use the almost useless colour picker.

Q70%

To Factory Reset RGB wifi controller DO NOT USE the Remote ON OFF ( unplug the power plug to turn off and plug in to turn on ) repeat steps in app hope that helps ..

Update: The Alexa Home Skill version of Magic Home Pro was updated. With that update Alexa could no longer communicate with Magic Home Pro. I removed the Magic Home Pro Skill and then installed the Non pro version of Magic Home. Now working again. Works fine. Turn off 5g from your router and ensure only 2.4g for your wifi when connecting and configuring smart devices. Once connected you can have 5g and 2.4g running together. Most people don't realise their router is outputting 5g. I had no problems with this app or connecting to Alexa in turn

The app gives the user easy control of the lights and has some useful features and customization options. my biggest complaint is about the music synchronization. even synchronizing my lights to slow jazz music just about gives me a seizure! i mean, the lights should transition a lot more smoothly in my opinion, especially with jazz.. and please at least give me an option to lower the brightness when im using this feature. i was excited to use the music sync but it just hurts my eyes to use it. EDIT: i got the music sync to work better by turning up volume, lowering the sensitivity, and placing my phone next to the speaker. still could use brightness adjustments and smoother transitions though.

The combination of hardware and software gives you a premium experience for an affordable price. However, I'm surprised to see that you cannot change the scene with IFTTT. In addition, it would save a lot of hassle by recreating an IFTTT applet to control groups of lights instead of having to use Stringify. I would greatly appreciate this change in future updates and would consider changing my rating to 5. The app itself is much neater than the previous version. Overall, great product.

Led Controller connected to wifi, no issues there. I can control all the colors as well as the Warm White channels in the app, but none of the "functions" allow for warm white manipulation... Additionally, functions and the ability to change the colors are not able to be controlled through Alexa. PLEASE ADD MORE FEATURES FOR THOSE OF US WHO USE RGBWW STRIPS. Pretty Please. I have 3 of these controllers and specifically bought them to control RGBW strips... Please integrate the W channel more, as well as allow us to change colors or "functions" through Alexa.

App functions well and can control my Nexlux light strip controller with voice via Alexa (even change colors). My only disappointment is that there is an "add scene" function that I was hoping to utilize for presetting colors based on my Alexa routines, but I am unable to make this function work. Could not find any instructions related to it in the usual places (YouTube, Google, comments, reviews). Otherwise, great overall product pairing for $32 price point.

S Relatively easy to use with the product. It is mildly frustrating that the lights can not be synced with Spotify or YouTube, but beyond that it fine

First time I used it, it connected right away but it only worked once. Does not work more. It was a waste of time, effort and money.

This app worked great for a long time, but after a power outage and resetting the light all it can do is turn it off and back on again, the original app works with the light but I like the pro version better. It doesn't even make sense that it would work for so long than just stop.

Sad to say but if you've ordered a product from this company you're already screwed with or without this app. No chance your product is delivered within the time frame the company states. Upon arrival of the lighting it's at best 50/50 whether it will work. I ordered two lighting Products both of which cannot find the wifi signal that's required in order to operate the lighting. The backup method of operating the lighting is the remote. Both remote controls do not work for both products. The help instructions listed within the app are useless. Resetting to factory settings for a new product seems odd as its new yet still does not work. Resetting the router which works for all other devices does not work. Help instructions within the app are one sentence in length and do not help to resolve issues. The company has no real infrastructure to support their faulty. I beg people to not buy or use this company's products. It's the only way these poorly run companies will fail and they should fail. Taking advantage of innocent consumers is pathetic.

This is a piece of garbage... I follow direction trying to turn off and on to reset. Did not work. I even time myself to make sure. Then I reset internet and still the light doesn't reset. Waste of time and effect for 50 dollars. I wish I can give this piece of garbage a negative. This is so frustrating when you spend money on stuff and it doesn't work properly.

Issue I have is "unable to connect to network" everytime I try to log in & even tried to make a new account but get the same error. Tried this on multiple devices so i imagine the servers are offline or the app is broken, so not able to link up Alexa & can only control via local network

For the price you can't beat it. A bit short on features but the basics are there. I would like to be able to use the app in landscape mode and see more in depth support for RGBW strips.

Not working anymore. It used to a couple of weeks ago, but now the settings - although stored on the chip - have been deleted on the app. Have already reset the led controller device twice since I've gotten it. I'm not going to reset this every time I want to change something. I'll be using a manual controller for now.
