I purchased the premium plan, but my service is almost completely unusable on both my phone and desktop. It constantly stops working, unexpectedly causing me to lose internet access throughout the day. I've submitted a help ticket and so far have only received a bot message.

Overall the app is excellent. Only giving it 4 stars because of no technical support at all. I complained like 4 months ago. But still awaiting response.

Simple interface, almost stable work, not high price - that's what I like. Notification of working isn't being turned off on my Lenovo, though it takes space on notification bar - that's a "minus". All the same - thanks!

Your vpn is awesome, the speed is above average and the server selection is the best. But there many disappointing things about this vpn 1. This vpn is not reliable as connection type like ipsec, TCP or UDP are not revealed to the user. 2.the connection drops if the app is closed or cleared in task manager. 3.not many servers are available 4.kill switch and dns protection is absent 5. Price is to high. For many people who want to save money but want the best vpn I strongly recommend vypr vpn. It is the best if you are willing to buy it.

Zenmate performs great. I recently tried to buy monthly premium service but it didn't recognise my visa debit card though it showed all details with it. I'll be grateful if you could assist me resolving the payment issue.

I cancelled my subscription long-time ago, Zenmate continues to take money from my bank account. I am retrying the link to cancel which is given on Helpinfo.The link does NOT work! Cancel my subscription immediately or I will go to court for this! What you ate doing is WEB CRIME!

Regularly disconnects, doesn't automatically reconnect. When connected often has no actual data. Often claims incorrect credentials but then works on retry. Persistent notifications that do not reflect actual state when you open the app. So called 'EverSecure' is nonsense - it doesn't work. It's pretty though so that's nice. Not for anyone truly seeking security on untrusted networks.

Increasingly poor performance and bad support have caused me to cancel my subscription. I've been a customer for a few years now and would have rated the service as five star as recently as three months ago but performance on access points is getting patchy and support don't seem to answer anymore. Wish I could still recommend them but I just can't. Look to other providers for a stable service.

It works but has issues. It used to automatically reconnect, now it does not. Complete fail. Left me connected to an open Wi-Fi at a hotel for over an hour unprotected.

Hi guys, I really loved this app on my laptop, but it can't seem to verify my account on my phone. I enter the right email address and password every time, and it states that it's sending a verification code but it doesn't. So fix whatever's wrong, and maybe I'll give you 5 stars.

This company charged me for premium membership three times last month, then says that the payment didn't go through, and hasn't given me premium status. I'm out more than a hundred dollars with nothing to show for it and poor support to resolve this issue.

Wasted too much time. Every time i login i have to forget the password even if I'm using correct password. No free proxy for mobile, you should mention it's paid only before anyone download and waste their time.

Awful. Refuses to allow use when returning from premium to free account. Simply re directs user to the premium pay feature. Awful

I used this VPN happily for some time but recently its been rejecting my login hence 4 stars. However its connecting now. In a few days I'll be in another country, wether it connects then remains to be seen.

It works as a VPN, but it has two undismissable notifications at all times. It's incredibly annoying. I want to know it's on when it's on, but to go away in between...

This VPN is a con, It will take your money and give you nothing in return. I have paid for the Premium Yearly package but will only let me use the UK. When I try anywhere else it jumps to the payment screen saying I have to upgrade to a premium package to continue to use. I have already got a yearly premium package until the beginning of September 2018 next year. I have uninstall this app and reinstall it a few times now and still only get the UK.

This app is the worse ever. Thay take money every time .. when I logout and login again they asked me to subscribe again .. DON'T YOU EVER THINK OF DOWNLOADING THIS APP

While ZenMate does seem to function, in that it masks your location, it's hardly the most functional service on Android. VPN needs to be reset practically an hourly basis, the app itself reset daily, in order to continue. Lately ZenMate has also developed a habit of logging me out and then claiming my correct login details are invalid. There are a couple of *free* VPN services out there that work better than this app. Would recommend getting one of those instead, to be honest.

The chrome extension is great! The app is good at first, but constantly disconnects without notice. It'll even keep the active icon in the notification bar, but I'll open the app and all of a sudden it won't be connected. Update: three months and several updates later, including some that explicitly said to be working on connectivity issues, and the problem is only getting worse. I've never disconnected this VPN but it disconnects itself almost every time I lock my screen or change networks with no notice or alerts. The chrome extension is still great and I've tried the windows desktop client and it will let stuff through on boot before the client loads, but once it's connected I haven't had issues. But for an exclusive feature for paying members only this app is horrid and really makes me regret paying for a year of service upfront. If it's not fixed by the end of my contact in switching services. If you're considering paying for ZenMate just to get the app, find a better one.

I have a premium account, but sometimes internet just stop working via zenmate. It is totally useless for permanent everyday usage.

Free obly for u days than trash used to be free mode and premium mode i think there is no ads want to pays you

The extension is great and works nicely but with The mobile version you need to buy premium, but it doesn't work to well. It really throttles speed and makes is so them at most sites time out be for they load. I think it needs a lot more work but could be great

This app function and all system are so good and its vpn speed too faster also this premium option just fantastic...... it's the best vpn ever! And I think premium free trial date should be increased so that customers can be more attracted...

I paid for ZenMate Premium and it hasn't been working since two updates ago. Customer support is a joke. They don't respond at all or you get an automatic message at best (The rating will improve if the problems are solved. I was satisfied with the product until recently.)
