Hi users be warned about this app. They charged me 400 pesos for a ghost therapist. I sent you an email of my complaint. Please do something about this. Clearly your therapist Mary Rose Bucao has a powerbank with her. I know how it works they wont be able to start the clock without them charging. Tried to stop the clock and it says i will still be charged. Wow!

You sent a text message about your new services like thai foot massage and footscrub. But even if I updated my app there is no option as such. How come? Thanks.

Much better if you have photos of your therapist also abt them selves the names age and hieght and what are thier forte'

Wanted a massage after a long day, but couldn't book one because the app has a problem with PayPal & JCB credit cards, even though both are supposedly supported. Very angry and will not be booking again until this is fixed.

What are the areas being serviced by Zennya? I invited a lot of friends to try this out but haven't had the luck to book a therapist.

Was checking my debit account and saw that I was charge with 400 for the 1st hour then 700 for extension and 800 for the tip. This is highway rubber. Will not use it anymore

It will be great to add "Cash" as payment option. Sure you think cc and dc are more convenient but some people don't normally use credit cards or debit cards or doesn't have paypal accts. no cash option creates limits to who you can serve. just saying.

Great service and good therapists. Would be cool if you could see the waiting times if you want a certain therapist and be put on their waiting list.

While you can save a favorite therapist and set your bookings to "favorites only," it would be nice if you have the option of choosing therapists. I also want to try new ones while avoiding previous ones that didn't meet my expectations (2 therapists were obviously newbies while 1 was really good). In one case, when the newbie appeared in the app booking, I simply cancelled. Perhaps, if we cannot choose, we can put a setting where particular therapists aren't booked by the app.

I've had a great massage for the first time. I definitely use this service again. Love it!

Bad customer service.

Got notified by my CC company that I was charged in full by the app/company after I cancelled my appointment. Cancelled it right after I got booked because waiting time was 30+ minutes.

this app is truly innovative and convenient -- giving customers the ability to have a massage service "delivered" to their homes via an easy-to-use app, monitor their therapist's travel in real time, and pay for the service (including tip!) in a cashless but secured transaction. but there is a lot to improve -- bigger service area coverage, additional therapists, wider range of services offered, and more payment options. also, paying full amount for cancelled bookings is one of the app's major downside.

I love the concept. Very convenient and you can just sleep right after the massage :) The app itself should be improved by providing a better estimate when the masseuse will arrive before booking the appt. When I used the app today, estimate pre booking said 10minutes. The masseuse arrived after an hour.

I was told by support that our home is part of service area. The app did show that there are service providers near me. But lo and behold, when my wife tried to book, the app told us that we are out of service area.

But please do add foot and hand reflexology. Coz i like that, just watching tv and having a foot and hand massage

It is so revolutionary that someone thought of actually bringing the massage business to the digital space! It's hassle free and convenient. Not to mention that its customer service responds on a timely manner be it via SMS or email. My first experience was superb and I'll definitely use the service again. :)

I never imagined that an app could deliver such a professional and therapeutic massage. I travel a lot for work and a quality massage is of the essence. I tried several professional services in Manila and back home in New York that did nothing to help or even worsened the situation, so I was surprised with the quality and consistency Zennya offered. Now if only they expanded their operations to the states, I would be the happiest person alive! Luckily I'm in Manila often. Thanks for the healing Zennya!

You can monitor the location of the therapist and their time of arrival. No need to dole out cash since it will be charged to your credit or debit card. Tipping can also be done via card. The massage itself is very good and relaxing!

This is exactly what this city needed. Great service, superb app design. I really couldn't ask for more.

There is no better way of relaxation than to have a wonderful massage at home. This app just provides you easy and efficient access to great massage therapists. One of the coolest features is the visibility of the estimated time of arrival of the masseuse. For someone who value efficiency like myself, I love that I can book it while at work and be home just in time for the therapist to arrive, have that wonderful massage after a stressful day at work and just be able to fall asleep after without being bothered to get up and sort the bill as it is charged directly to your credit card including the tip you want to give!! And definitely no need to go into trouble of sorting out the change if your smallest bill is a 1000 note!! This was referred by a friend and I am glad I tried it. If you want relaxation, good value for money and efficiency all in one, this app will be a great choice. The only problem is that their area of coverage I believe is limited but otherwise great!

When I've decided to book it doesn't work and the app would end up hanging....the app is a great idea but it just doesn't work :(
