Zen Planner Staff App

Since new update have to login everytime I load the app, very frustrating

Limited functionality, takes ages to load, crashes a lot and makes you login often

Same as everyone else, since the update it crashes all the time and takes forever to load!!!

When you upgrade the app, please don't require it as mandatory without any warning. It's really frustrating to have to delay a class in order to upgrade the app and check people in. Update 3-Aug-17: same complaint. They don't care to fix it.

Still can't make a basic app that works. Website forced me to change my password now even after reinstalling the app, it doesn't load back in. Just sits at the choose account stage.

This Staff App is great! It saves us time and it is easy to use. I am still waiting to see when Zenplanner will add the video feature in the member's website instead of redirecting the students to Youtube or other sources where they have to view videos with ads on.

would be nice if u could add a student account on this app to monitor what they see. ive added an event that can only be seen on staff app version, not student version and cannot understand why. but i have to download a separate app to see that

The new update says it can view members accounts etc and nothing has changed. Am I missing something?

I love this App. It is great CRM for my dojo and does most of what I need and a lot more than other Apps out there. I would like it to export payment data to QuickBooks... :)

Ive tried many other softwares, this one is by far the best and the best service!!! Intuitive and comprehensive!!!

The app on my galaxy tab a is messing up really bad. It won't change times to check people in, and very laggy

It takes too long to open and many times it doesn´t! I wish I was able to make payments for clients on the app so I would not need to use my laptop. I also wish the app would notify me of birthdays a I´m signing people in the classes (birthday cake next to the name would be awsome). Mindbody has these features which I´m surprised Zen Planner don´t. Work on this and I´ll rate the app 5 stars!

After the updates I am enjoying using it much more. I can check in people if I forgot my tablet for the students or if someone forget.

This app makes check-in a breeze for my staff! Just click the picture and done. It IS relatively new so there will be some growing pains, but I definitely look forward to seeing what Zen Planner adds to it in the future and to it helping my business.

It worked well for a week on my Galaxy S7. Now I can scroll between days but it won't allow me to select the class to check people in.

Easy management of attendance. Also improving with each update ore features being added.

Works great for seeing who is in sessions. Love that I can see clients faces, which really helps me learn names (or fake it when necessary). This app would be better of staff could also use it to log their hours worked.

I like the app I just don't understand why it can't be made to move to an external card. I only have 8 gigs of phone storage and a large portion of that his to apps that can't be moved. Can you fix this please?

Always on top of any issues

Had an issue logging in. After ZP reached out immediately and told me the easy fix, a password reset, all is working swimmingly again. Thanks guys.

If you want to check people into their session via mobile this does the trick better than the kiosk version of their site. Hopefully we will see some of the other staff functions (retail etc.) added as time goes.

Working so far. Looking forward to events being added.

This is a great step forward. Eagerly anticipating member profile and retail management.
