Zimbiosis es una App Web y Mobile que ORGANIZA, REÚNE Y ADMINISTRA la información y los recursos de la actividad veterinaria y ecuestre. Ayuda a planificar tareas, aportando valor y ganando tiempo en la ejecución de la actividad.

HISTORIAS CLÍNICAS:
Con Zimbiosis es muy sencillo tener registro de todo lo que sucede con los caballos: Se pueden cargar observaciones, parámetros y variables, tratamientos y diagnósticos de cada paciente en el momento. Además se pueden adjuntar Rx, ecografías, datos de laboratorio, fotos y más. El sistema guardará y ordenará la historia clínica de cada caballo y generará informes automáticamente que te ahorrarán tiempo y trabajo.

AGENDA Y RECORDATORIOS:
El servicio de Agenda y Recordatorio ayuda a mantener organizada tu jornada laboral y realizar un seguimiento prolijo de los casos, sin olvidar ninguna tarea programada (registro de próximas visitas, consultas, vacunaciones, anemias, entre mas operaciones). Además, esta información se puede compartir de manera muy sencilla con clientes y colegas. Sumado a esto, se puede relacionar cada acto médico a la agenda para recordar la próxima visita, asegurando un seguimiento ordenado de las actividades.

REPORTES Y GRÁFICOS:
Insumos: El sistema generará un informe detallado de todos los medicamentos e insumos aplicados a tus pacientes. Esto te permitirá reponer tu stock, cobrar lo que corresponda de esos gastos a cada cliente y analizar tendencias.
Reporte de Servicios: A partir de la carga de las “Fichas Ginecológicas”, el sistema generará automáticamente un informe con los datos de los servicios que haya dado cada padrillo. El sistema permitirá realizar un seguimiento prolijo de las preñeces, con recordatorios para los controles. Todas las ecografías y revisaciones cargadas reflejarán sus resultados en los informes.
Reporte de Embriones: A partir de la carga de las fichas de “Transferencia de embriones”, se generará automáticamente un informe con los datos de los embriones transferidos. El sistema te permitirá realizar un seguimiento prolijo de las receptoras, con recordatorios para los controles. Todas las ecografías y revisaciones cargadas reflejarán sus resultados en los informes.
Información en tiempo real: Ayuda a obtener la información del negocio y el estado de los caballos minuto a minuto.
Fácil de generar y exportar a Excel: Todos los reportes son exportables a Excel para que puedas seguir analizando estadísticas, realizar los informes de servicio en las entidades correspondientes o enviar informes a tus clientes.

FACTURACIÓN:
Se puede asociar a los procedimientos médicos e insumos un valor con cual se genera un REPORTE con el detalle del trabajo a facturar. Con los REPORTES también podrás hacer un seguimiento de los pagos. Así, podrás visualizar fácilmente cuánto se ha facturado, quienes pagaron y quienes deben su pago. Finalmente, se puede enviar la factura proforma por Mail, o imprimirla.

Tu información está cuidada con los mejores estándares de seguridad. La misma es PRIVADA y sólo podrán acceder a ella las personas con las que tu decidas compartirla.
