Zipjet: Laundry & Dry Cleaning

Have been using the service for a few months. Delivery drivers are always friendly and punctual, clothes are neatly folded and have had a faultless service to date.

Installed app on my OnePlus 3 Android 7 but try to enter address but button to conform address doesn't do anything.

The service is fantastic. Needed a ton of laundry done on a three week trip to Europe. Coordinated pickup and delivery with hotel staff and paid a fraction of the hotel cleaning list. Things missing in the app are ways to update email address and contact info.

Save your money and time... I used Zipjet twice and had issues with both orders. They made no effort to address my concerns. If they had simply said 'what can we do to fix this?' then this would be a very different review. Items such as t-shirts were folded so poorly that they created excessive wrinkles. Dress shirts that were supposed to be hung were folded and so wrinkled they had to be re-laundered. (I wish i could post the pictures I emailed to their 'customer service' people. Every single collar was curled.) I received very dismissive responses both times I contacted them. I got a slightly modified stock email that said, "we're sorry you weren't happy but hope you'll use us again anyway". I was also told once that their mistake was my fault because I allowed their driver to put the dress shirts "in the wrong bag.". (The order slip was clearly labeled to hang the shirts, and it's their drivers job to point new users towards the correct bags.)

Two of my shirts have been badly shrunk. I have been told by customer service that if you do not report damage within 72 hours they will attempt to unshrink but under no circumstances will recompense will be given. This seems unreasonable as to be sure you have to try on every shirt in case it has been shrunk on receiving them.

Solves a major problem with living a busy life! Never having time to drop off your dry cleaning. Prices are also very reasonable!

Recovery of account is dependant on having access to your old number. You're unable to login via email. Or any other login method used in the 21sr century.

Albeit the app works fine, it has some loopholes on android that it doesn't on IOS: such as the credit you have. But the worst part is the quality of the service, to often to many shirts delivered wrinkled, I had to iron myself (or send back). This was adding insult to injury, after being invoiced during my 1st trial more pieces than what I have remitted. Then on all latter orders, 50% of the shirts given for cleaning and ironing in Berlin, came back heavily wrinkled. Zipjet doesn't refund but gives you credits instead. The waste of my time in managing complains and resending, brought me to return to ironing myself. Poor service in Berlin.

Rubbish. "We do not offer this service in your area." So totally useless then.

The app can be improved, but the service was very good. Will use again.

These guys claim to take care of your clothes but they don't even bother look at the care label. Training for an Ironman I'm going through a lot of kit during the week. I sent them a full bag of cycling and running kit which the ruined by tumble drying at a high temperature. They denied any wrong doing all the way and refused to apologise

No ability to manually input address in 2016. Useless! You're losing customers because of this stupid system. How did this make it past quality assurance ? Your company need to go back to school. Good luck idiots

I am an American working in Paris living out of some great hotels, but had an issue... how am I going to get my laundry done? I looked at the rates the hotels charge and couldn't fathom paying the amount I was quoted (200 Euros). The app was easy to download to my Sony phone and after about 5 minutes I had an order created in the app. I opted to have my laundry picked up Saturday morning with a drop off date of Monday at 7-7:30 pm ( this was the only option available even with the Express charge added to my order). The app does a good job of showing you at what stage your laundry is as it has a nice visual of whats going on. If you know the Dominos Pizza app, you can relate! My order consisted of 10 button down shirts that I wanted to be washed and pressed ( on hanger as shown in the app) and 9 kgs of mixed clothes. I had them packed in the hotel laundry bags, but was relieved when I finally met the pickup driver (came at the end of my pick up time window) who had cloth bags where he separated my clothes. I was given a receipt for the pick up and was on my way. The drop off was great and was contacted by phone to come get my laundry. Will use this service again!

Drivers are always late (10-15 minutes) and washing returned crammed into one of their branded bags, so all needed ironing. On the third use, they brilliantly lost my laundry. Had to call 3 times to chase. Very poor customer service. Now having to claim through compensation form. Will update the review with how that goes. UPDATE; sent compensation form, then found my laundry the day after. Returned almost 3 months late. Won't even refund me. Ridiculous.

It took three attempts to pick up the laundry but I stuck with it and thought the concept and service itself was really good

You can't manually input your address which means you can either give the wrong address and then spend ages trying to find the delivery man or you can use a different service. I went for the latter

Finally made uo my mind and decided to try the app but had to cancel my order. I am now looking for an alternative.
