The chat service is good but there should be a shortcut in between the services. When I am in email, there isn't any chat shortcut which can be just poped out and can give us the chat service. When I am in chat window, I don't know if there is any email I received or not. A notification on the chat window on email should be great along with shortcut to go to my email page in the same window.

Conversation search is an essential feature, and you guys seem to have implemented the most basic & most unusable form of it just so you can add it to the list of features
