Document Management -Zoho Docs

Excellent Idea with one Flaw.. Installed the app on Windows 10 and Notebooks are not synced or even visible in Windows. Maybe I'm missing something but I can't get them to sync along with my docs. Otherwise, a great system that needs a little more refinement. FWIW, I find zoho a great all in one for ad free emails and doc collaboration. Keep it up!

Functional, but buggy. Clicking the search button will crash the app every single time. The list of file tags is in random order and not sortable. I initially thought that tags I defined through the web interface were not being read by the app, but they were visible only after I logged out of the app, then logged back in. I think it could benefit from a REFRESH-FROM-SERVER option. EDIT: I had multiple problems with the tags, but things seem to be behaving now. I really wish the tags list was in alphabetical order, though. Unnecessary mental puzzle. EDIT 2: Long document names are handled poorly. In both of the file view modes a long doc name is truncated in the middle, so you get the first few words of the doc name, followed by ellipses (...), and the last few characters of the doc name. That is extremely unhelpful if a bunch of docs have the same naming prefixes. The only way to see the full name is to edit the name and drag the cursor along the length of the doc name. Zoho Docs developers: Please make this app more user friendly. Right now, it is user unpleasant.

I like it, but the only thing it lacks is auto upload of photos from phone.

How open ALL docs in Writer ? Now it just working like viewer?

Seems to 'time out' quite a lot. I'll keep using for next few days but for the last few hours it's hit and miss if my document comes up.

I like the app very much. I highly recommend this app to all. But some minor changes in the app will result still good. It is not working as a gallery, once we store the pics, docs,etc., Everytime we need to come out to view next pics. It will be better if it provides next button at the right end to view the next file directly.

Worried to see so few reviews of this fine app. Surely we realize that the Cloud needs variety beyond some BIG 3???

Why am i not able to excel doc in usng this app. The file is shared with me with full rights. Though i can edit the same file on desktop web. Help

Good helpful App. Hope, it keeps improving with more features in successive releases fixing any bugs on the way.

My document shows up off and on. Sometimes I need to refresh a few time for it to appear. Sometimes it just don't show no matter what I do. Hope to see improvement.

Nice to use it on mobile too. Needs to able to edit docs.

It works fine on the zoho website when on the desktop but I can't do anything on the android app. Am I missing something or is there no way to edit spreadsheets? The spreadsheets I wish to edit are xls files.

The first time I downloaded this, the app is not showing me all my spreadsheets, like NONE, so I gave it 1 star. This is now my 2nd download of this app and it gets even better! Very good. What lacks is the ability of the users to edit or format the spreadsheets and anything or to be able to download the file.. I'm waiting for this feature to be added on the next update and I'll give it 5 stars! Keep it up!

I get an error when I try to share folders

Donno if it works. It may work in China. (And be insecure). It asked me to rate it so that automatically causes me to give it a review with less stars.

I can see my docs but can't edit them and the formatting is off also.

I've been looking too long for this software/app. Fast syncing, fast syncing, and fast syncing I tell ya. Nicely done! Would be great if I could select and upload multiple files at a time, little disappointed.

Sometimes it get stuck after opening excel file. Also it is not able to view the files. Look and feel has to improve a lot

When I enter my verification code for log in I jist get sent back to log in. I've tried to log in through both facebook and normal log in. It works through the webinterface but not through thid app.

I had been using docs via the browser and the latter updates it's a lot better and prefer if over Google Docs now. The Web based email interface is still terrible I like the old style with the tabbed view but doesn't support themes
