Zoomcar Self Drive Car Rental

The extra kilometre charge is high. After my trip ended, I was charged 3000/- for the damages that I had not incurred. When I ask them, they say the vehicle has been inspected and it is their policy to charge me. Worst customer service and shite and nasty blokes looting you. I'll tell ya all, revv is a better car rental service. I don't know about the other cities, but in Hyderabad, I'm going to tell everyone I know the fraud this is. The word spreads fast and strong.

There is a reason why this app has been reviewed so negatively. I had planned a trip to Gangtok and booked an eco sport via this joke of an app called zoom car one month before .12 hours before my booking, I get informed that the eco sport I had booked supposedly "met with an accident". Ruined my trip even before It started. Pathetic app!!

The most sluggish working app i have ever encountered. Theres no customer care helpline available. And i have no bloody update about my refund.

Lots of hidden charges, no proper information about the extra charges, very rude customer service agents, cannot directly connect to customer support as the process is very lengthy and makes us frustrated, I chose thinking this would be pocket friendly than booking cabs, but u guys r so damn expensive.. I will surely not recommend you to others, such a waste of money..

Worst experience with zoomcar pedl cycle. Still detecting money from my paytm wallet and I'm trying to end trip but still stuck. Kindly solve this problem.

I have had a great experience with Zoomcar bangalore and mysore I appreciate the service provided I would also like to suggest to provide the seating plan of the car in the app like the rough image of the seating plan. For example : once I had taken a scorpio which has side facing seats in the rear which will not be comfortable for many people it would be good if we have front facing seats. Its not a big issue but still if the seating arrangements are provided it would be easy to take decisions I am looking forward to book a Tata Hexa and I also like to know it's seating plan it would be great if you reply for this query. Whether the rear seats are front facing or side facing Thank you

That works perfect but while comes to the payment it does not shows the Paytm icon where we should pay the money but it will show we have money in Paytm wallet but it does not shows while you are paying the money after booking the car please fix that as soon as possible thank you0

This is for pedl service...i would give 5 starts if number of users per pay tm account were more..if me and my son wants to rent a cycle together i cannot rent 2 cycles at the same time...wish that was facility is availed

Absolute senseless fine Rs 2500 for overspeeding. I am the first time user of this service. And no where they mentioned about overspeeding charges. They did not even send any warning msg for overspeeding speeding.

Zoom car team is well trained in demonstrating the existing damage of the car has taken place post delivery of the vehicle and deducts the advance amount. Very bad experience...

Totally cheating people. very poor customer service. You cannot able to verbally communicate in customer service after you been charged means they block you in customer service, only through Help & Support you can message and they will keep on replying "The charges are valid and we cannot do much on this. Requesting you to clear the outstanding balance." Don't go for this zoom car , ignore this zoom car at the first sight. To the dumb fellow(from zoomcar service) who is gonna reply for this ..... You dumb don't just reply "Sorry for the inconvenience caused" __|__. Connect to service person through the toll free number of zoomcar and after that connect by 2 2073 if you're blocked for customer call services.

Pathetic. This people do not instruct you about the policies and then ask money after days when already the car was submitted to them . fraud .

This is such a ridiculous app it doesn't work at all it got struck in the middle my money got deducted and there is no customer care number

Hated it. No refunds done for fuel costs. Don't waste your money here.

Have to pay unnecessarily extra because clear instructions weren't mentioned for the pedl cycles. Now we have to pay extra because this info was hidden while starting the trip

In short: WORST REFUND PROCESS AND CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE , but a good concept. Read further for my experience : Their claim of super fast refunds is totally false. Its actually the most sluggish one I've encountered till date. I linked every account they asked for : Paytm payumoney. They say that it would take 5-15 days for the refund . It has been 17 days and I still haven't got any refund . Really don't understand how that can be called remotely fast. To top it all , trying to get any information regarding the refund out of them is another nightmare. All you will get are automated respones , be it call or mail. Gets really frustrating . Now coming to the good part , booking the ride and getting the car is pretty much automated and hassle free . It's good as long as the only contact the car has is the tires to the road. So if you are confident of that , it's a decent experience. Update: has been 24 days since my refund got processed and still no refund.

Its a bloody trap. They charged you a very heavy amount. Their car is not going beyond 80 kmph even if u booked a SUV so a small distance also it takes huge hrs on highway. If you return their car on time still they charged for 2-3 hrs extra. You can't able to talk to customer care in case of any query or emergency coz their is no option available to talk with customer care executive. Very very bad and disgusting service. I Never recommend this.

Don't deserve even a single star, pathetic cars in fleet. One should not plan long trips with zoom car.

Excellent service with well maintained cars. Easy check in and checkout without third person involvement. Gives the personal touch of picking up a car and Driving without any fuss.

App and service of zoomcar is awesome but they should provide accessories inside car like aux jack, charging point etc....

Application has different fares than website. Can get better offers on mobile application

Worst service .I booked a ford figo a week before for a wedding . I got a call just 1hr before pickup saying that there is no car available and your booking has to be cancelled . ***** Worst service

Sluggish app. Made the payment & money has been deducted from my account but car hasn't been booked. Also there is no customer care helpline no. available to resolve such kind of queries. Really pathetic.

They have refunded the advance amount of 5000 to a paytm account, it is of no use to have that much money there, I do not even use paytm.. this people are totally irresponsible, it is not a small amount..
