App is not running at the background

The app does not have call history ..only accesable in destop version.Much better if history is aviable like zoho chat.

Cant stop auto translations

Great app

I gave five starts to a few apps... Previously i had two issues with app which was disturbing me. But Hats-off to Support team of this app they resolve each issue within 6 hours. App has everything essential feature. They earned it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

On S7 edge for some reason after 1 day or usage or so it kills all notification sounds like ringtone, email and even it's own sound. The app is great but it basically makes my phone unusable. Once you delete it everything works fine again.

after I clikc on join conversation and clikc on chat text ...it auto opts you out of the text field ...tht further more delays my response to client ...THIS APP IS AN UNSTABLE WHILE IT CAN BE MANY THINGS ...IT'S SUCH A SHAME with a great idea

If my phone is locked I don't get any notifications. I've tried all the hacks and troubleshooting tips in the forums but nothing seems to work. Can you please fix this issue?

The app is lagging, I like being connected on both pc and this app at same time and now the app reacts to messages after half of minute after they appear in PC

Hi it shows the connected online when I got a call and disconnected the app it still shows online but when i open the app it shows signing please fix it

Please add an option for chat history, there is no way to view history, overall great app,keep updating it

This App doesn't automatically run until you click on it. I have customers waiting for hours without it sending me a notifications. Please Fix that

There is no way to open the links which the customer is watching, the links can be seen but cant open it. Pls fix this issue in the next update.. Thanks...

The application lags when showing when an incoming visitor and connecting to the chats. Please fix this right away!

Five star if automatically it is not going offline. Always going offline. Initially it will be online always and even if phone is locked it doesnt go offline. Now few days it is going offling if phone is locked

I wonder if my customers can attach media files in chat room of they can, then please report me via email

Good app but could be improved by adding some features like- 1. Typing with keyword should automatically show shortcuts

Fantastic acquisition on zendesk to purchase zopim. I use the mobile version primarily because the desktop version takes up a lot of ram.

this app is not working very well to stay online you have to open it every 2 hours

Previously it was giving notification when any visior comes or chat request comes but after update its not giving any notification and loosing query. I already checked setting and all notification things are ON and also in phone setting its already have priority. Please let me know if u can do any help. My d3vice is Samsung Galaxy S6

Sometimes when I log in with Zendesk Support, it tells me that my credentials are incorrect while Zendest Support is working perfectly. Otherwise, love this over the previous version, so complete! --- I've tried it over a stable Wifi connection. Is there anywhere I can reach you on this? I can send you a short video as well as OS, app version etc.

It's great...when it works. The dashboard on my computer never fails to notify me when an incoming chat request comes in. But there are many times when the mobile app doesn't notify me at all. I only notice it later when I check my phone. If it wasn't for this, I'd rate this 4 or 5 stars. I've used it a lot for many chats, and the chat functionality itself is great. Because of this, I wish that Zopim also sent an SMS notification like some other chat service providers do.
