I love this app, but I wish there would be an option to check two accounts from one app instead of logging out and in. I have two floors at my house both registered on different names but I pay bill for both. Hope so you add that option in the next update.

I can't use app. Some error occurred in my phone moto g4 plus.i can't show option of quick pay in my phone.

Application is good but charge is very high. Per bill 10 rs more pay after the use this application it is very difficult

Vry user friendly n time saver app..we can register online complaints n make online payments..now there is no need to stand in queue to pay bills..Really a wonderful app

What's the convenience fee is for... thought it's official app, i world rather pay through my online bank account since they don't charge anything extra

Failed my transaction.. just show me message that transaction fail but amount deducted from my account..

It should allow to add multiple accounts in one id,its really illogical to logout & login for different service Number.

Always load shedding in my area , full day load shedding all days of week

The app crashes when we click Contact us button under settings option.

I used this app its amazing sir But add one more feature Its given below 1.add multiple account So we can manage multiple accounts in only one app.

Hi I use this app for the making the payments of electricity but recently I've update my phones to the new version of Android nougat and the app is not working Can you slove the problem

I have installed this app way back in 2015. Rated five stars on that time. I am visiting only to rate this app again because today, there is an outage in the ara. I was wondering what may be the issue and in comes the msg from this wonderful app that they are working on it and there are some issues in our area. Fantastic work guys and congratulations for crating such a world class app.

When i entered all the details for signup.it redirect to passwords recieved on mail id and mobile number but i don't get the password by mail after 30 min.too so i can't create id .so need some bug fixes.But it will solved .rather best app .

When I had a problem with the app, the Torrent team has continuously contact me and tried to solve my issue. But when the solution not came, the representative of Torrent team has visited my home, and solve the problem. Amazing response...... I am very happy and totally satisfied from the Torrent team. l give it 10 stars.....

Payment has been made successfully through "axis bank net banking" but it didnt redirect back to application. So application still assumes that payment isn't made. It still says pay now.

I'm consumer of ur company belong from agra city. It's really grt apps . when I came to know about ur reputated company application I couldn't rasists download for the same. The older version was good and more transparent this one is bad pl revert back to older one it isore customer friendly.,if u really. Care about custers

I get the code via text but still waiting for mail confirmation its irritating alot please solve this minor issues.

When i try to register, OTP comes in Mobile, But Email Activation Code not Coming, Fix this problem as Soon as possible

No need to visit torrent office for bill payment n to register any complaints. Can Do frm thi app only.

Not able to register. It gives network error when confirming the activation code. Other apps works fine.

Unable to register....it's says submit key sent on mobile and email ...but email is never sent and registration doesn't gets submitted...useless process

The best app by good power distribution company. I rate it with 5 stars due to its using simplicity with complete solution within few seconds. Very nice app.
