It has all the details of CESC, and the better features are complaint registration and latest bill notification. It's better if we also have payment gateway in it.

I am unable to pay bill through this.

Good. But I have 3 accounts. I am using different userid for this. Please add an option to add accounts in same userid.

Useful application. Please include bill payment and multiple account option. Other features are OK.

Payment option needed badly.. CESCOM need to learn from BESCOM, MESCOM and others to work for payment with Paytm, freecharge or PhonePe

Still waiting for Gateway permission for online payment. Now days other Indian States is better than Karnataka for maintenance of Online Bill & payment of electricity..I hope CESC will work on it..n waiting 4 reply....

Worst ever app i have used. Where can i get the section code huh? Even after entering d code, It simply gives an error saying invalid sod. It is better to use an offline payment rather than wasting time in here.

Rude customer service weird and unusable login details..pathetic way to register on mobile versus Web registration.

Where do I get section code? Bullshit.. neither given in the app or in the website from where I should get it.. just to open an account

Asks for information which is not available .. the example reference bill which is shown is very different from the actual bill

user name field is limited to some 20 characters? I use my email ID as user name. It has 23 characters. Please fix this ASAP. It seems basic testing has not done on this app.

I couldn't get Sdo code from either bill or from internet search...so couldnt login....can anyone hep me pls
