This plugin allow to add an entry in CSipSimple outgoing call chooser in order to use Skype.
By the way you'll benefit all features of rewriting and filters rules provided by CSipSimple.
You should also remove the weird way Skype integrate android OS by choosing "Dial" option when making call - and check "remember this choice".
Then this plugin will integrate the CSipSimple outgoing call chooser that is integrated a seamless way with android OS.
To have this plugin working you *MUST* install CSipSimple and the official Skype application.
