If you book a hotel the first guest name gets automatically filled in, Ctrip takes someone from your saved guests in your account, unfortunately it is not YOU. Consequence : check in voucher issued on wrong name, you cannot check in! RUBBISH app. Why need to fill in other than the member's name and why need to fill in someone's name automatically?

I choose this APP to book my reservation because it gave me the most combination of choices, e.g. Choice of bed size, breakfast or not, one or two breakfast in a two person room, choice of internet or nor, full board, breakfast and dinner only. These choices made for a custom reservation experience that I haven't found on other sites. The loved this unique experience while booking hotels in UAE.

Great App with a lot of functions and good prices. Yet I hate it, for it's being racist. The original, Chinese version of this App has more and better functions and even cheaper prices. But rather than just translating that great App, you had to create this totally separated App for all foreigners. Update: change from 2 to 1 star: after Ctrips absolutely useless, copy-pasted standard answer to my review.
