Need update on arf, latest 2013 onwards car calulators..

Thx for ur feedback Benny! Its a bit tricky to calculate the PARF for cars registered in the mth of Mar 08 becoz according to LTA's tax structure - for cars registered in Mar 08, u will only enjoy 55% of ur OMV if the COE was obtained b4 28th Feb 08. But, if the COE was obtained after 1st Mar 08, then the PARF will be only 50% of OMV. Hence for simplicity reasons, we have to set the cut off based on only the registration date of the car since most users won't be able to input when their COEs was obtained.

1 small feedback. Parf on or before 31 Mar 2008 should be calculated at 55% and not 50%. Hope developer can look into this asap. Tks
