You have an excellent application, but the start picture showing a man holding a phone, is very bad choice. How you cannot see such an obvious matter? Rated one, until you fix this issue (until you find a good picture, that will correspond to such a good application). The CEO of this application, must be sleeping.

Works smoothly. Only thing missing is the fingerprint authentication

I see negative anount in my prepaid card ... prepaid should only have positive amounts. Its like the bank stole the money I transferred to my prepaid !! Are you serious? Worst user experience ever

Good app but needs work when compared to foreign bank apps. BOC could afford a native app instead of a webview packaged as an app. Basic authentication features such as fingerprint login are missing. I would strongly recommend BOC to make DigiPass APP free for all users, it's just ridiculous to be charged for this functionality, no extra hardware is needed.

Every major banking application does indeed use Google sign in or at least fingerprint scanning. Which are more secure means of logging in than just typing everytime your id and password.

So very primitive. It's like the website, but less functional.

Always crashes

Well the app work fine, but the digipass thing didnt workout i went to btanch and after half an hour they said sorry we cant help they had no clue what is going on.. same for amitovi app its really sad that in bank of cyprus they still hire unqualified villagers

It ts unacceptable for the bank of cyprus to charge its customers for the software upgrades.The new digipass SMS and app system supposed to be free for everyone who uses the online banking as the customers help to reduce the work of your employees at the branches.Personaly I purchased the go3 device for 20 euro a few months ago (yes it is more than 3 months) and now I have to pay extra 20-30 euro if I want to get a message on my phone for digipass code. Really? Sorry but I am not any kind of Bank of Cyprus victim!

Truly the worst banking app I have ever used. Logging in is the worst experience I have ever had on any banking app. It's as if the designers have never looked at any other banking app. Why cant you use a fingerprint or pin to access. What is the point of the digipass being available on the app if it's not integrated?

1 star because of charging for digipass. Reply to your comment: This is an extra security level for your consumers' safety. It should be free. Do you see google or facebook charging for 2-factor authentication? Also the cost for the digipass before was the physical device. What is the cost this time for the app? I have an idea for future updates. IAP for any actions you take in your app...

Very useful the new digipass app with fingerprint!! But when I am trying to transfer it still asking me for the Go3 password. Am I missing something?

Very confusing to use! Not user friendly and it gets stuck all the time. Even when you refresh its not refreshing so transfers get confusing..You need to make improvements. As an idea its very useful but practically not great sorry

Used to be a great app. Do all things with it but now I have a similar problem which started all of a sudden. The great white page with no options for anything. Running Android 5.01. Also the same on my device running Android 4.1.No settings were changed on my devices (more than one) in between this problem occuring, it just came like that from one day to the next. It's an app problem. If the developers say check your settings, advise on which settings. Or get some various devices and see for yourself!

Although latest version has been installed and my android version is 6.01 version i still receive white screen. I have contact BOC support but they have no straight answer or solution. They say must be my mobile device settings. So i guess from now and up i cant use 1bank !!!

New versia is not working at all. Just white form with no functionality of 1bank personal area

White screen appears. i have an android version 5.0 and i update the app latest version and still the same

They actually took my advance, it's not prefect but, it's fast and does the job with native windows where it can

The app crashes showing a white page. Tried to reinstall but still doesnt work

Good try to make it pretty u guys need somebody who can work html5 and c++ or u it's gonna get slower and more pointless with every update
