The network adapter could not establish a connection since it doesn't know the Oracle database instance

Socket not connected is all I get. Tried IP, FQN, hostname, nothing works. It definitely troes to connect as if I type the hostname that doesn't exist, it gives me bad hostname instead. Fix it
