The concept of timeEdition:
timeEdition puts great emphasis on easy use and a complete overview. The user first sees only the functions that are needed for daily time tracking: Start and Stop recording work time, work time elapsed, customer, project and task.
Notes for all Records:
At any time you can record a note for a particular task that is being recorded. This can be useful for informing clients of any changes in the project.
Color Coded Time Tracking:
You can color code each client enabling you to quickly identify which client you are looking at.
Manual Record:
You can add a record after the fact if you forgot to start timeEdition when your work was being done.
Export Records:
You can export your records for use in other applications.
Deadline Reminders:
Don't ever forget a work appointment. Let timeEdition remind you of you work appointments and deadlines.

Seems to work OK, similarly to earlier desktop versions I've used, but for the life of me I cannot work out how to export the records I have saved (it's telling me I'm saving them, but where? I can't find the file. It's not in the dropbox folder the app has created for itself). I cannot find a user manual, only the most basic of FAQs.

Has the potential to be great. Crashes during recordings and I have to edit manually, which makes me lose the desire to use it.

This is my favourite app on my desktop and I expected nothing less of perfection when I downloaded this app. However, the export headings are in German. Also, the UX design is too bold in colour (not very intuitive either). It took me a longtime to find the export option. This has potential to be a GREAT app, please update this. Thank you.

It's very hard to find the time for each feature without export.

Export function saves the headers in German and numbers are saved as text, which means you have to convert it afterwards in Excel. You cannot name the export file at time of exporting, it should automatically save it as the client name with the date, or the filter name. Cannot set currency symbol. Cannot view a summary of hours or value of hours in app.

I love everything about the app, except for difficulties exporting reports and the multiple daily crashes (though it does start right back up again every time)

I loved timeEdition on windows, too bad you do not have two way sync - because exporting and creating reports is much easier in desktop app. Still have ruff edges, nevertheless shows great potential. EDIT: Crashes when "recordings" are tapped. EDIT2: fixed within hours.

I upgraded to the full version as I loved this on my computer but the upgrade doesn't seem to work. Trying to find someone to contact for help but can't find an email address etc. Disappointed.

I've used timeEdition on the Mac and iOS. It's a great lightweight tool. Dropbox syncing works very well between Mac/iOS, but still have not been able to get Android version to sync as well. No support at all for this app. Don't waste your time if you need cross-platform time recording.
