This is not the official app parrot, the original one is now available in the playstore and can be found here:

this is a demo client for the parrot flower power plant sensor. it may help you to determine if your phone is compatible or not for the upcomming official app from parrot. at this point i want to distance myself from parrot as i am a private person with no connection to parrot, i am just doing this to have fun and because i do not like ios.
this application is capable of establishing a bluetooth low energy (ble) connection and to read values from the live sensor. it's not able to analyse the readings neither is it sending notifications.
android 4.3 is needed for bluetooth le, but i recommend 4.4 as i haven't tested it on jelly bean.

-blutooth le discover for parrot flower power devices
-read temperature (°C and °F)
-read soil moisture
-read soil temperature
-read electrical conductivity
-read light strength
-read battery power
- live mode
- identify sensor by custom names
- identify sensor by blinking led
- identify sensor by it's color

The App is just awesome. Could you please please make the displayed fields (temperature, humidity and in particular, light) editable? That way one can copy them into the Clipboard and import them in Tasker and further automate stuff. Great work, deserves a 4/5 I would have given it a 5/5 if the fields were editable. I would love to see more features and I would pay them of course! Great job. Original Parrot FlowerPower is incompatible with my phone (Huawei Ascend G6) but his works really well. Thank you so much :)

Confirmed working on galaxy note 2 lte / cyanogenmod and Galaxy Note 10.1 2014. Would be a fiver with more features, perhaps some history of the measurements.. Also would be cool if you could figure out how they do the fertilizer stuff :)

Seeing as the official Flower Power app has been crippled by Parrot, it would be awesome to see this project start up again! Or maybe stick your code on github? :-)
