mQuest® Survey is a mobile survey app by cluetec GmbH. With mQuest you can carry out Face-to-Face interviews e.g. at fairs or at the Point of Sale, customer intercepts, diary studies or protocols in mystery research offline with smartphones and tablets. The data collected can be transmitted and directly evaluated at any time.
mQuest® supports all common question types of the market research industry as well as photo capture, audio recordings and GPS. It is also possible to use complex filters and branchings, loops and navigable chapters.

Great and intuitive tool for any kind of data collection. I appreciate the fact that the surveys can be conducted offline. Also the desktop-counterparts for creating and managing a survey are really powerful!

The App its self is very well designed and thought out. I taught my self to program the questionnaires in less than ten minutes. Works cross platform and seems to support a variety of devices. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I (am still) have to wait to get pricing on the "Enterprise Edition". Other Thoughts: The app is apparently designed and maintained in Germany so there is a (very small) communication barrier that exists. The information on their web site does not seem very clear. Although I am certain that this is as much a translation issue as it is any other type of issue. Finally, if they get back to me and have a reasonable price I will be purchasing this app and updating my review accordingly. They may earn that last star!

All the menus are in German or something with no option that I could find for changing it. Looks like a useful app if you can read it.
