Mit der App zur mobilen Zeiterfassung bietet Flintec eine Lösung zur Erfassung der Personal- und Auftragszeit per Smartphone und Tablet. Die mobile Zeiterfassung ist eine optimierte Anwendung, die mit dem Android Betriebssystem im Online- und Offlinemodus funktioniert. Auf Anfrage sind kundenspezifische Anpassungen über die Standardfunktionen hinaus möglich.

Standardfunktionen:
- Identifizierung per Ausweisnummer
- Authentifizierung per PIN
- Standard Buchungsfunktionen: kommen/gehen, Dienstgang, letzte Buchung, Saldenabfrage

Kundenspezifische Konfigurationen können beispielsweise beinhalten (auf Anfrage):
- Mehrsprachigkeit
- Kundenspezifische Anpassung des Layouts (Logo und Hintergrundfarbe)
- Identifizierung von Mitarbeitern und Objekten per NFC
- Identifizierung von Objekten und Aufträgen per Barcode

Kompatibilität:
Die mobile Zeiterfassung per Smartphone und Tablet ist kombinierbar mit der Flintec Zeiterfassung per Telefon (Festnetz/Handy) und/oder per GPS-Gerät. Die Flintec Zeiterfassung ist kompatibel und eine Ergänzung zu den stationären Erfassungsterminals von dormakaba und PCS. Damit verfügt die App über eine online Schnittstelle zu verschiedenen Zeitwirtschaftssystemen der dormakaba und PCS Partner.

Voraussetzungen:
Für die Zeiterfassung ist die Installation der Android App Zeiterfassung Konfiguration (Applikation zur kundenspezifischen Konfiguration) sowie der Android App Zeiterfassung Buchung (Applikation zur Durchführung von Buchungen) notwendig. Die App ist nur mit dem dazugehörigen Service verwendbar, die Zugangsdaten erhalten Sie von Ihrem Unternehmen.

So funktioniert die Installation:
- Installation der Android App Zeiterfassung Konfiguration
- Eingabe der Zugangsdaten (Unternehmen und Passwort)
- Es erfolgt eine automatische Weiterleitung zu der Android App Zeiterfassung Buchung
- Identifizierung und Authentifizierung (z.B. Ausweisnummer und PIN)

The app for mobile time recording FLINTEC offers a solution for the detection of personnel and order time via smartphone and tablet. The mobile time tracking is an optimized application that works with the Android operating system in online and offline mode.
