Won't let me pay. Keeps refreshing when I tap pay and nothing happens.

For planning trains this is great, however they continually tell me to check out the new reservation option. When I finally try to make use of it, I click on the Italy option and it warns me of roaming charges, but I have an international plan, so I click ok. Then nothing happened. So I can't even use the feature that they tell me to check out every time I open the app.

For finding a scheduled train or planning your trip from one place to the next, this works fine. When it bothers to show all the trains. Buying reservations, not so much. I tried 6 different credit cards and could never buy a reserved seat through the app. No idea why, no error msg, nothing. Also, if the app crashes while trying to buy a reservation, good luck getting back to that transaction. Oh, and don't bother asking Eurail for support, their name is on the splash screen but they don't support it and won't even try to help if you run into issues.

This app was very useful!! It helped us a lot on our Euro trip, we could see all the trains leaving from any station, which is pretty cool! ????

Perfect app, all trains were perfect. Had to take eight trains on a day on the trip once and I arrived at my destination perfectly

First time to Europe through several cities. This app was essential and worked great. Once loaded works offline. Planned my entire rail trip through this app.

Amazing app.

This app is only useful half the time. When providing you with train times its often incorrect. The biggest issue is that it informs you that you are require to buy a seat resevation for nearly all trains lines shown on there app, when you actually fact is you don't. My recommendation is just uses this app for an idea on how to get to where your going.

It's not a bad app, but I've used it a lot while traveling around Europe for a month, and I just expected more. So first of all, it turns out it doesn't show all available trains. Secondly, we only chose trains without compulsory reservations, since we didn't want to pay more than €500 for a month. Yet it still picked trains that required reservations. Luckily we were allowed to pay on board. My biggest problem with this app, however, is that it doesn't save your search query, meaning that the app will reload a lot and you'll have to re-enter your query over and over. Oh and it also doesn't tell you on which platform the train arrives, which is probably why it assumes you need at least 15 minutes to switch trains.

Very poor indeed, unable to clear history and start afresh. Results far too spaced out, won't save future journeys. From EURAIL I would expect much better than this...

Booking fees are an absolute joke, cost more than the actual reservation for the train and the privilege of using their website is not worth having.

Good app, very handy to have interrailing, but on the Oslo Bergen route, reservation is compulsory not recommended as the app states, so fixing that would be ideal as we missed a train because of this

It does not show trains that I know are there! Confusing and useless!

Excellent offline app to travel by trains in Europe. Must download before your euro trip.

Must have app for euro rail trip planner... it can be use offline and all the train schedule is correct, not even i miss train using this app... my vacation totally using this app during my euro trip using eurorail... 5 star for the apps

Well I'd give it a 4.5 stars if it was possible. You definately need to show GATES! That's the only missing part. Plus some cancelled journeys still shown up like they are going to happen. Accuracy at some stations unfortunately misguided. To illustrate, THERE IS NO DIRECT TRAIN FROM AMSTERDAM TO BRUSSEL! Please all are cancelled for months now! THERE IS NO DIRECT TRAIN FROM AMSTERDAM TO ARNHEM CENTRAAL! This thing sucks in Netherlands! I am glad that I stayed in Amsterdam for 5 days. You have to make your own route if you wish to go somewhere from Amsterdam.

Useless app. The seat reservation option does not work meaning you have to question for hours. Terrible layout also, you should be able to reserve seats from the planner rather than having to exit and switch to reservations (which as I mentioned, doesn't work anyway. Don't bother with this. I'm trying to find a train from Lyon to Paris and the app can't find ANY despite there being plenty.

Garbage. No login ability I can find. Reservations section just shows a blank screen. Doesn't allow you to book anything, crashes often, and information is often out of date. Would not recommend.

Extremely useful app. I did not use the app for resevations, but it was essential for planning our trip (finding departuretimes and which trains needed reservations). All in all, its usefullness outweighs its flaws.

Trying to plan a route for a trip this summer and some of the journeys it gives don't make any sense. It is only giving a 35 hour route between Bucharest and belgrade for example when any research online suggests a 12-14 hour trip by train. This app only wants to take you via Budapest or Sofia. There is a clear issue here and I don't know therefore if any routes are the.most direct or logical or if they are all incorrect.

Impossible to make reservations. On Android it does not recognize my Eurail pass number. And on iphone it hangs before the reservation page

Great for finding train schedules. Italy reservation functionality does not work. It does does not accept credit card payment and gives no error. Went to italiarail website and was able to secure a reservation no problem. Additionally after a failed attempt to book a reservation, I retried and got an error stating that I need to edit an existing reservation, however there was no ability to get to a shopping cart to resume a reservation. Do not recommend for Italy reservations.

Very cool and useful app for planning however I'd like to see the option to reserve seats or be referred to a site to do so. And I'd like it if the app could show all train routes to choose the best locations

Really good apps for Europe traveling. Sometimes this time table does not matching. You should double check before you start your trip.

Really useful app I use it all the time. Only improvement would be when you save for favourite journeys they get overridden by your last search date.

Since the update the app just doesn't open. It says there's been an error and then closes itself

Update causes app to force close upon opening

There needs to be a link between the journey planner and the seat reservation instead of having to key in the details on both. You need external links to booking a seat for every country - from the description I expected to be able to book for every country. Search is dreadful - I chose "nearest location" to me (Newcastle-upon-Tyne) , and it gave a list starting 1700km away in Italy. The closest of about 20 was over 950km away. There is a map but ONLY AFTER searching for a trip. I would like to be able to search from a map.

It must dhow fair in any case ...if they are not available then show from historical database... difficult !!!

This app is quite simply superb. When planning holidays you are able to check availability of trains between European cities and travel times. The ability to use it offline is a real asset to this app for overseas teavel 5 stars all the way for me.

The app keeps crashing on certain queries. This started happening recently (8th Dec 2017) for me.
