Closed routes are still displayed, which is misleading. We got onto the bus to go skiing only to find out the road hadn't open that day. Info about closed road had been out for hours and the app still displays those routes as operational.

Leute. Ernsthaft? Werbung??? Die app war mal richtig nützlich. So sicher nicht. Edit (Antwort): verstehe, dass interne Werbung, aber bitte nicht als riesen Popup!!!!

Wie wird man diese penetrante Werbepest los? Die Entwickler bewerben aggressiv eine andere Eigenentwicklung, die nicht ÖBB-gebrandet ist.

Fix your damn website, it is unbearable to have a large company as yours to put out unusable stuff like that.

Useful APP, but unfortunately since some last updates the APP does not show the real-time information. Update: I have checked the connection Timelkam-Vöcklabruck and I see the real-time information for trains, but not for buses.

Contains ads. Unbelievable that they had to sink so low.

Hab ich gern verwendet, aber: Jetzt fragt sie immer wenn ich sie öffne nach Erlaubnis, auf meine Kontakte zuzugreifen. Das will und brauch ich nicht, ist ja nicht für die Kernfunktionalität notwendig. So lässt sich die App aber nicht mehr verwenden, man kommt einfach nicht weiter als bis zu der Abfrage. Schade.

Seit einer Ewigkeit kommen nur noch Fehlermeldungen bei abfragen.

Update: Mittlerweile ist der Reifegrad eigentlich soweit, dass man die App problemlos, ohne Zahlungsunterbrechungen verwenden kann. :) ..braucht man normalaweise alkohol. aba oebb reicht. wtf! warum wird diese versch.. oenende oebb vorteils sch nummer, name usw nicht gemerkt? jedes kind kann das programmiern.. als programmierer sage ich..schande! ich will nicht 3-5 mal die app abschiessen, damit sie funltioniert. traurig

No matter what i do,since the last two Updates i always get the Notification "this request is invalid"

The mother of all timetables (seems now worldwide) Even used OBB timetables since early 2000's via web and wap. Other apps are quite the same as the software provider HaCon is the same.

Loved it. I recently travelled to Austria and this app made my trip so much easier. Route planning feature is very helpful.

Made an update and now it contains ads.... So i downloaded an older version from the internet to avoid that.

looks nicer since the new update, but doesnt work anymore. "unknown error" after search. great work guys..

Terrible. Won't load later train times without timing out and doesn't bring up ticket costs when I click on it.

The app used to be nearly perfect. It didn't look that good but it did what it was supposed to do. And it was simple. Now it looks just flashy but unnecessarily complicated.

App is just like the ÖBB website far from user-friendly. The UI is confusing and slow, you can't purchase inside App and even after you purchased on the website it's not quite sure if you have a valid ticket or not. Also I tried the train notifications (which I wanted to have for a very long time), but the the notification is 1 hour later - maybe the server time is in UTC (GMT 0)? Austria is GMT +1 :D

The website tells you to install the app (which wants all my contacts for some reason) then when you find tickets on the app it redirects me to the website which is glitchy and wont load and also wants to send me back to the app! How does your company make money if you make buying your service this hard?! Pathetic!

Tonight me and my friend were sitting Innsbruck HBF waiting chairs. Then two OEBB security come to us and they ask us to show them our tickets or get out of the train station! I showed them my ticket, and I told them my friend is waiting train with me for farewell. And then the OEBB security ask disrespectfully my friend to leave train station. At the same time there was a white man sitting beside us and the security didn't even bother him asking a ticket. This was clear discrimination. Sadly, it's not the first time OEBB security discriminated me.

Insists on using a bus, even when tram is quicker. Malfunctioning route calculations.

This app doesn't show you all options you have to travel from one point to another. Mostly it shows you a connection that takes ages! And many times it showed me wrong arrival times of diverse public transport.

I would have a serious talk with that person. This app from a not so beautiful but useful app to a more beautiful but less usable app. The information is spread all over the screen and harder to find now. Go use some eye tracking to test your app.^^

The app sends you to the navigator for it to show you the tickets and their prices. Tickets' prices should be directly shown during the search and/or also a criteria for the search engine. Moreover the website is not totally mobile friendly and most of the time fails to load the tickets' page or you need to rewrite the same info you wrote for the original search. Use the website directly: app has no added value.

Every search is fault tolerant, exact matching searches are not possible. This leads to unwanted results in the list of findings. The worst thing is, that you don't see, if it is a wanted result or not in list view. You have to analyze by opening each possible relevant entry.
