About iTop ITSM & CMDB Enterprise
Permits read access to CMDB contents, queries, and tickets of the ITIL oriented open source IT Service Management solution iTop. you can view tickets from the helpdesk & incident management module, and all tickets that are assigned to you as an agent. you can also search persons and functional CIs inside the CMDB (PCs, Server, VMs, ..).
Access is possible via http and https (the latter is strongly recommended). The app is open source, community contributions and feedback are always welcome (cf. https://github.com/michael71/ItopEnterprise ).
The app can generate a lot of web traffic, therefore we recommend to have a data plan.

Can't connect using ip or name. Tried all. I can connect only from mobile using web browser but not app
