So wird das Mitbieten für Sie noch bequemer. Verfolgen Sie unsere TV-Auktionen live mit Ihrem Smartphone oder Tablet Computer, wo immer Sie gerade sind. Egal ob Zuhause, unterwegs mit Bus und Bahn oder auf Reisen: Bieten Sie mit auf Ihrem Smartphone oder Tablet.


*EINFACHE INSTALLATION
Laden Sie die Juwelo-App einfach über den Google Playstore auf Ihr Smartphone oder Ihr Tablet herunter. Zur Registrierung benötigt die App lediglich eine gültige Mobilfunknummer (Bitte geben Sie eine Landesvorwahl an, wenn Ihre Mobilfunknummer nicht aus Deutschland stammt). Nach der Eingabe erhalten Sie ein Passwort per SMS, mit dem Sie Ihre Juwelo-App freischalten und direkt mitbieten können.


*MITBIETEN
Mit der Juwelo-App können Sie ganz einfach per Tastendruck live mitbieten. Alles was Sie brauchen, ist ein Mobiltelefon mit Internetzugang (je nach Vertrag fallen hier evtl. Gebühren an). Wenn der „Bieten“-Knopf blau ist, läuft die Auktion und Sie können mitbieten. Ähnlich wie bei der Gebotsabgabe im Internet, müssen Sie zur erfolgreichen Teilnahme einmal auf „Bieten“ drücken und danach nochmals auf „Gebot bestätigen“.


*BEQUEME HANDHABUNG
Mit der Juwelo-App haben Sie die laufende TV-Auktion immer im Blick. Sie sehen ein Bild des aktuellen Schmuckstücks, den aktuellen Preis und natürlich die Artikelinformationen.


*SCHNELLE GEBOTSABWICKLUNG
Nach einem erfolgreichen Gebot erhalten Sie einen Rückruf durch unseren Kundenservice zur finalen Bestätigung. Haben Sie noch kein Juwelo-Kundenkonto, wird dieses im Gespräch mit Ihnen eingerichtet.
