Die Stiftung NAK-Humanitas fördert und initiiert soziale und gemeinnützige Projekte im In- und Ausland sowie humanitäre Hilfeleistungen in kriegs- und katastrophengeschädigten Gebieten weltweit. Sie unterstützt in erster Linie mit finanziellen Beiträgen konkrete und nachhaltige Projekte Dritter und bevorzugt kleinere Institutionen mit regionalem Bezug. Die Stiftung realisiert darüber hinaus allein oder in Zusammenarbeit mit Partnerorganisationen auch eigene Projekte.

Die NAK-Humanitas fokussiert ihre Fördertätigkeit auf Vorhaben in den drei Bereichen Krankheit und Alter, Soziales und Humanitäre Hilfe und setzt innerhalb dieser Bereiche klare inhaltliche und geografische Schwerpunkte.
