Mostly seems like a good app and concept. Occasionally unreliable, e.g. can't login. Could do with a way of cancelling rental if wrong bike number is entered. Also it appears they've removed the option to report faults or made it harder to find, a bike I used had no brakes which could potentially cause injury but had to trawl through their website to tell them about it.

App slow and freezes when in use. Latest update causes it to constantly open up of its own accord. Needs a lot of development.

The app doent load and freezes the whole mobile running Android 5.0.1. I reckon developer have to do some proper testing before releasing the app.

It charges you £1 to sign up which it doesn't tell you anywhere which is a bit annoying. I wouldn't mind it but at least tell me first

Seems slow sometimes but otherwise works. Phone back button not linked to app. Hopefully this app improves over time.

In principle, this app and the service should work well. However, in practice there is always a problem. Today alone, I've had problems not recognising my pin, problems renting a bike, problems returning a bike. I missed a train because of the hiring issues this morning. Each time, I have to call the support people to help, which mostly makes the app redundant. The support people are always helpful and lovely.
