ExtraGPS

Mit ExtraGPS kann man seine "gps.conf" Datei nach belieben verändern und sogar die GPS Eigenschaften verbessern.
Dazu stehen einem verschiedene, zahlreiche Einstellungen zur Verfügung, wie z.B. voreingestellte SUPL oder GPSonXTRA Server sowie NTP Server für den Zeitabgleich.

Funktionen

Beim ersten Start von ExtraGPS nach der Installation wird ein Backup der "gps.conf" angelegt. Das Backup wird auf der Speicherkarte im Ordner /ExtraGPS/Backup als "gps_first.conf" gespeichert. Im selben Ordner finden sich auch die Backup aller Änderungen.

Bei jedem Start werden die Einstellungen aus der "gps.conf" geladen und vorgewählt, wenn man eine Einstellung festlegen möchte.

Alle erstellten Backups lassen sich wiederherstellen bzw. über die Funktion "Export gps.conf" bzw. "Import gps.conf" kann die gps.conf in einem beliebigen Pfad gespeichert bzw. aus einem beliebigen Pfad importiert werden bzw. online gespeichert werden.

In den Einstellungen kann die Backupfunktion deaktiverten, sowie in den Expertenmodus gewechselt werden. Im Expertenmodus werden alle Elemente anstatt mit Namen und Beschreibung als Variablen mit dem eingestellten Wert angezeigt. Desweiterne besteht die Möglichkeit die "gps.conf" ohne Kommentare/ Beschreibung zu speichern.

Was ist anders an ExtraGPS als an anderen, ähnlichen Apps?

~ man brauch keine Elemente von Hand eintragen (eigene Server sind dennoch möglich)
~ vorgefertigte SUPL und GPSonXtra Server sowie alle NTP Server
~ Einstellungen werden aus der "gps.conf" geladen
~ es werden nur Elemente überschrieben die auch geändert wurden, die original "gps.conf" bleibt erhalten

Features
