Like to have seen color graphs. They need to go back to the drawing board for the app. Hardware seams well put together. I wanted to be able to stop using my very expensive Fluke cable testers. This could have been a truly great product but I think the team doesn't really get what us technicians really want in the field. It has been 2 years since first release they should have nailed it by now. I would suggest they open a forum to ask the public for features and look and feel. Very disappointed.

Software keeps crashing on android (iOS version seems more stable). Display scaling is buggy if you have large text size as it cuts off the bottom of boxes. Device is a lot slower than my other network testers for wiremapping. I guess all of this can be fixed with future updates but for now it's staying in the box...

Just got my hardware on 9-21-15. Still trying/testing all the features currently available. Only issue of note is that after using the port blink feature, upon turning the port blink back off the ethernet port stays off rather then remaining on thereby preventing further tests without rebooting the hardware and re connecting to the app. As a side note, in the app mine is listed as hardware version 4 and software version 14.

Both hardware and software are very buggy. No updates have ever been published. This project has been abandoned. Very disappointing as we helped to fund its development. Can only rate it as one star because of this. Developer should open source the project. UI leaves a lot to be desired and is nothing like that shown before the hardware shipped. Needs to be simplified so individual tests can be run.

Developer mentioned updates would be released with new batch of devices in September. Have not received any news of updates. I consider this abandoned.

The idea is great, but I'm starting to wonder if this was a mistake to buy. No updates since February and I'm wondering where all the features are that was advertised. Also a manual would be nice as well. I really hope this isn't a $200 waste of money.

I'm only an amateur networking technician, but one thing that tells me something is off is a lack of consistency between tests. If I'm plugged into a router with brand new cat5 cable and the TDR test reports first a length of 1 meter on only one pair, then a length of 3 meters in a subsequent test on a completely different pair, I think something is wrong. Same thing for gigabit tests. Another thing is the lack of support/documentation. This device is advertised as being crammed full of features, some of which I hadn't heard of. Our manual contains a blurb for each of these features, with no real demonstration of the set up, prerequisites, etc. The test page in the app is loaded with single letter symbols and no legend (I can assume S = short and O = Open. C = Complete? Correct? i = ?). Overall experience is frustrating because I want to know if the software is crap and I just need to wait for wrinkles to be worked out or if I'm a complete idiot. Also hoping to see mod support soon.

It's very good, and ping does work (you need to test first). Looking forward to more features. Glad to see you've also only asked for the necessary permissions.

Works stable. But i do miss features: - I can't ping a domain name. - Traceroute doesn't exist - Netscan, traffic detection Is there already information about how to write own apps? Or extending it? Is it possible to toggle report on/off? I don't care about it at all. Is the information about the build in battery available? Can you show it in the app? Would be nice to have a way to show what stuff like fd, hd, mdi and mdix means. I do not use those terms often and have to look them up with google.
