Instead of being stuck with always the same exercises and workouts as in other apps you can use this app to do exactly the workout you want. Your desired exercise is not in the database? Just create it yourself!
Create your custom workout exactly as easy:
- Choose your exercises
- Choose the exercise type: Circuit or sets
- Choose the rounds/sets
- Choose the pause times and preparation countdown

You can save your workouts afterwards and keep track of your training in the calendar. A widget on the start page also keeps you informed about your performance compared to the last week.

Three types of timers, a standard count-up timer, a countdown and an interval timer enable you to do different timed exercises and workouts.

And when you are just working out freely without following a specific routine you can use the counter to keep track and save your workout.

Additionally to the freedom in creating you can customise your experience further in the settings by setting default values and enabling or disabling the countdown and the acoustic feedback.
To keep your progress save you can backup and restore your database to the local storage or to Google Drive.
