It takes annual Repayment as 1 figure which is not fine. Our Repayment varies every year & amortization schedule should be calculated accordingly.

I was surprised! It doesn't require any permissions and also no ads... I tried other loan calculators and I wasn't satisfied with them. It does exactly what I want, well done guys, I will keep you in mind.
