SimMetall – Simulationen zu Metall 1.0 (für Tablets und große Touchscreens) ist eine Sammlung von Simulationsprogrammen, angepasst an die Bücher Fachkunde Metall, Tabellenbuch Metall, Rechenbuch Metall und Fachkunde Mechatronik. Die Software enthält Simulationen, Animationen, Diagramme, Formeln und Berechnungen. Eine einfache intuitive Bedienung ermöglicht die interaktive Veränderung der Simulationsabläufe. Zur Metalltechnologie sind 13 interaktive Simulationen mit dutzenden Optionen enthalten.
