Direkt zum Gesetz: In allen Beiträgen finden Sie Verlinkungen auf die entsprechenden Passagen in den einzelnen Personalvertretungsgesetzen von Bund und Länder. Alle Personalvertretungsgesetze und Wahlordnungen sind zudem separat enthalten und können einzeln aufgerufen werden.

Stets rechtssicher und aktuell: Die Autoren Helmuth Wolf, Heinz Eilers und Heinz Meise sind Dozenten der dbb akademie und besitzen langjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Personalratsarbeit sowie der Personalrätefortbildung.
