FEEDBACK: Sender Customers should be able to request for a particular courier to handle their orders. For one, it is to uphold a certain standard for frontline customer service to keep service excellence. For example, X company request for a courier, and courier 'A' is tasked with the job, with minimal to no customer care. Company X made another request for a courier for a diiferent job, and courier 'B' provides optimum customer care and goes beyond the job. Upholding Zap's image in the process.
