Keep in mind that the IP address must match with the WiFi interface IP where the program dv0_manager is connected.
For example, if the interface is 192.168.1.2, then call dv0_manager as
dv0_manager -ip_address 192.168.1.2
and enter 192.168.1.2 in the IP edit box of this application.
Of course, prior to execute this app, the Raspberry needs a WiFi dongle and a proper Access point configuration for the Raspberry and your device must be connected to the WiFi net provided by the Raspberry.
