Soft Lock Screen

I love this widget, I've used it for a really long time.. But I recently switched to the Nexus 5x, and when using this in conjunction with the fingerprint scanner it doesn't unlock my phone instantly (I am forced to enter my back up password).. Some sort of fix will be required to get it to work properly, please work on this!

Its free and its done what it promised. It will be perfect if it can log in too. Since some said this apps cant uninstall. I tried to do so and after awhile I found the way. Reinstall back lol

Neat decent button that locks the device and turns the screen off. Just 70 Kb in size. No ads no mess. Found it easy to uninstall by following the steps given here( just in case ). Re-installed. Loving it. Clean n simple.

Outstanding! There's lots of these available, but this one gets the job done quickly, with small filesize, and only 1 permission required. I don't use a lock screen, and this app respects that nicely. Good looking icon, too!

Wish I had installed this app on my fiances phone ages ago, finally I don't get gobbledegook messages his pocket sent!!! Couple of days ago his pocket changed his keyboard settings too, when on the go if you don't want to wait ages whilst your screen etc turns off, get this!!!!

It does exactly what it's meant to do. However when locking the phone this way on lollipop, you then can't unlock it using smart lock, so it delays the unlocking process. Maybe this could be factored in? Thanks

First i am real person. I don't know the developer but i thank him so much. All the other apps require ridiculous permission but this one is not. And exactly does it what says.

I've had this for over a year on my Z3c. I just upgraded to Xperia Z5 and was trying not to install a load of apps that I didnt use. I quickly missed the functionality this app provides so had to install it on my new phone too! You can choose from 2 sizes of widget, I prefer the smaller size, although I think it would be nicer if it were centered so that it was inline with other apps, at the moment it sits a little higher and looks odd, so I just have a shortcut to the app itself which does the same job :)

Great app but after lollipop update if phone is locked using this Bluetooth unlock doesn't work. This doesn't happen if the phone power button is used. If only this thing could be modified this would be a complete app.

I was able to integrate this app into one of the double tap features in the dodol launcher under the gesture mode and was able to keep my LG G3 knock knock feature for locking and unlocking the phone complete. I had tried another lock screen app before but, like the previous subscriber mentioned, this one actually locks the phone. Just an FYI for you dodol launcher users, applying this app in the manner I described can be a little glitchy at times, but that's on the on the launcher itself and not this app.

This deserved a better rating. Simple app that can save your lock button. VERY LIGHT ON RAM. No stupid features. Thank you so much!

Look no more, I have been having this for a while now on 3-4 different devices and stupid enough to try the other ones. Came back to this cause it is simply THE best.

Combine this simple app with a launcher gesture and you have everything you want with no services, complication and battery drain. Saves your time, button wear and nerves.

Good app,love it,& it dosent ask any app permissions too, so it is safe. I would suggest this app if u face problems with your lock button or if u wish to extend the life of your button.

Simple lock screen & free!.. Doesn't need permissions to other stuffs on your phone.. Does the job of screen lock. Other highly rated screen lock apps were so annoying with pop ups and purchasing for paid version..

Don't get me wrong. It still lock your device. But if you wanna use smart face unlock, new feature on lollipop update. This app won't let you do it.

Perfect app/widget, especially for the Galaxy Note Edge. It's difficult to hit the power button, at the top of the phone, on the Note Edge. You have to hold it in your hands to do so. For instance you can't put the phone to sleep if it's sitting on the table. Now with this app I can just touch the icon and nighty-night. Perfect.

Used on my Motorola Moto X 2014 that developed an intermittent power/stand bye button issue. Thanks!

A 70kb application that locks your device completely: doesn't just switch the screen off but actually fully locks it like the power button. Can be used as a gesture trigger with Nova launcher or just use the polished bundled widgets as a soft lock button. Faultless in its function.

It don't delete off ur phone ????????????????????????????wait I see something it says go to security and go to device administrators go to soft lock screen deacative and unstalled let try ☺☺

Dosent work and Uninstall I wish I give O stars to this app

This works fine to me but when i taught of uninstalling this app it dosnt work i went through the instruction but cant do any thing it makes me sick. So people think before u install this app.

Locking screen with this shortcut prevents fingerprint unlock from working on Nexus 6P, instead your alternative security has to be used to unlock (pin, pattern, etc).

I hate it because when it says deactivate I don't know how to deactivate my phone

Just what I needed to save me from pressing my power button all the time... And with my Xperia tap to wake feature I never use my physical power button anymore..

By executing this app I can lock my phone but I cant unlock . I then use my power button to unlock.

No ads, no problems, works perfectly, you even forget that it doesn't come preinstalled on the phone, it's like a part of it! Developer if you are reading these... the icon is beautiful, if you made it HD it would be even better :)

I like the fact that it just does one thing, and does it well. It's working perfectly on a new Moto X Pure.

I downloaded this app wasn't pleased with it and now I'm stuck with it because it won't uninstall it keeps saying I need to deactivate it before I uninstall and Ive tried and still...Nothing

I sifted through quite a few lock screen apps to find the perfect icon, since functionality is hopefully a noneissue. To be fair, I also have an app that I can say "OK Google Open Screen Off" but that one was chosen for it's name not it's icon.

Forget about power consuming widgets. Just press on the application button ???? and it works great!

Happily using for samsung grand and intex mobiles. Easy to operate. The best feature is that, there are no advertise pop ups. But it is not working on my sony xperia s LT26i. Thats why I have rated it 3 star. Get it done for my xperia s and I will rate it as 5 star.

I'm trying to delete the app but it says to deactivate it first and I press the buttons but it's isnt working.I just want the icon/app out of my phone. How can I get the app deleted from ny home screen and menu. (This is confusing and annoying )

I went to click on it and it took me back to my home screen and it wont let me delete it
