TAXI BOOKING FEATURES:
• Request a taxi cab right now, or select a future date and time for pick-up.
• Don’t know your location? – Send the taxi to your current GPS position.
• You can also tap a location on a map, or type in a pick-up address.
• Select a pick-up or drop-off address from your phone’s Contacts list.
• Save a pick-up address as a favorite, and use it for future bookings.
• Select booking options for your cab (wheelchair accessible, pet-friendly, etc.)
• Send additional info to the driver – type a message, up to 255 characters.
• A confirmation message lets you know your booking request was accepted.

This app would be great if the gps gave you the correct location and then accepted the location that you typed in when the gps is wrong. Or would let you type just the name of your location. So then you get frustrated and call, then you are put on hold. Not good.

So for over a year I have rated this a 5 ???? app. HOWEVER, within the past 4 weeks it isn't correctly reading my location for pickup nor ANY address I seem to put in whether for pickup or drop-off it says it cannot find the address on the map leaving me to waste time dragging and dropping the pin on the map which take FOREVER. AND I really enjoyed using the app because of the fare estimator. Now, I'm not happy with the app at all anymore. Fix it and I'll 5 ???? you again.

My account was charged three times for one cab ride. They will NOT help you on the weekends. This leaves you calling during week days and don't expect to have this settled any time soon. GPS does not allows give an accurate address and they don't always accept addresses telling you that it is out side the normal work area. FIX completely close the application by shutting down the service and relaunching the app. Still waiting to get the charges removed from my account 4 days later....

I love this. It's easy and it gives you an estimate on your trip. And the response time is pretty quick!

Cabs accept your fare but don't come and get you. They pick up another fare and leave you waiting. Then to add insult to injury you can't even request another cab or cancel the cab that left you waiting. Company seriously needs to train their drivers to not do that.

Not only the app, but the cab company definitely needs improvement. There is some sort of glitch that causes any pin I enter to secure my card to be forgotten after first use. The only way for a user to fix this glitch is to delete their credit card from the app. Furthermore, over half of their drivers do not know about the app. And their customer service is just about nonexistent. It's unfortunate that the only cab company doesn't have an app.

Very basic app, but at least it is a way to book and pay on a smartphone. If booking ahead of time, put in the pickup time 5 minutes early.

Saturday night I was on hold as expected. I downloaded and used the app. My cab was on its way before dispatch could pick up the phone.

So for the first time I had to pay for my cab before hand. Discriminate against natives. Sorry but I am not like other people. Even considered me Like other people. And another time I was told I didnt pay for a cab when I used there credit card and got yelled at for using it and had it on my bank statement. If I didn't want a cab why ask for one and not pay. I guess I will just use checker cab or uber from now on.
