Keep track of your daily symptoms. With this app you get an overview and a tool to note information in the calendar. The data is shared between units that use the same login.

You can give your doctor access to the data and hereby you get the best treatment based on your specific needs and you might save some meetings as your doctor already know if everything is ok for you. An addition your doctor can offer you electronic access to your records within the app.
