Common Words (English)

It is said that 80% of all English sentences can be formed using just the most common 200 words.
Knowing these words will make it easier for children to learn to read.

This app gives children knowledge of the common words through various small games.

If several children use the app on the same device they can compete to get the highest score in each game.

★ Memory game★
The words are used in the traditional memory game.

★ Spell the word ★
Spell as many words as possible within one minute.

★ Hangman ★
The words have to be guessed by clicking on letters and a maximum of 10 wrong letters can be picked.
For every word guessed the game becomes increasingly difficult by making more letters available to click until the entire alphabet is available.

It is possible to add your own words that will then be used in the various games.
