The ability to deliver multiple orders at once has been added. This can be activated by selecting "Deliver Multiple" from the menu and selecting multiple orders to be delivered. The scan button can also be used to select orders after "Deliver Multiple" has been activated. To deliver the selected orders, select "Deliver Selected" from the menu and the signature will be applied to all of the selected orders.

The app needs to be able to customize features. Font size, color, notification, overall it's a dumb app and very unstable, but I'm stuck using it because the company I work for says I have to otherwise I'd never choose it. if I was running a company this would be the last app I would want to use.

Android version of the app needs to be updated. It needs to have the options available so that you don't have to use an accessibility setting to do anything. Also, the ability to edit runs from the app.

Used this for 4 years now not by choice. Buggy, seems more stable on iOS but layout is completely different. If I close app in multiview screen when turn back on i end up with endless notification issue that others talk about. This also stuffs up the sound on my phone ie volume full but no souund. Need to reset my phone to stop these from happening some reason. Loses communication with dispatch at least once a day (no problems with networks or cell data). Now my biggest gripe which I believe it has to do with android 7.0 and above. It lags BIG time sometimes 5 minute to complete a job. Latest phone I've used this on s8, g6,v20, xcover 4 all terrible. Oh and no more options button

Biggest issue I have with waybill is it glitches with the latest version of android, app needs to be updated for this.. every job stalls and it takes ages to complete the job.. I've tried this on an S8, S8+ & XCOVER4 app still glitches out.. app is semi what stable on an s4 and below I guess on the older version of android but if you're running android 7.0 you're gonna have problems.. developers need to fix this ASAP! Also would help if jobs could change colour or have a counter when jobs are due to time out on your phone.. especially if you have more than 10-15 orders at a time... from all these comments on this app you'd think waybill would've changed some things by now

I think the app has potential, but to advertise that it's the most advanced courier app is just a false claim. There's no way to see jobs after they've been delivered (for example if you delivered a package but forgot to fill in any associated paperwork first, that information is gone). I often will throw my phone into airplane mode if I know for certain I need information after signing so the delivery is never completed until I restore data. There's no map view, so you have to route yourself by interpeting the text address or view one at a time in you map app. One of the bugs for me is if I'm voice texting notes and I click on a word to change it, it crashes. It has a look and feel like it was designed for the dispatcher without experience as the driver. It works and does the job, but it could be something so much greater

This app has serious battery drain issues and the ability to keep track of how many runs I do in a day would be nice. It would also be nice if price for each run was included. Battery drain isn't a huge issue(I keep spare batteries on me)but the ability to keep track of runs/price of runs would amazing. Would go 5 stars with those two updates.

10/26/16, after the new update, the app will drain your battery, even if your phone is plugged... Constant network error, and issues with multiple deliveries, **please add Google routing for drivers**

Marshmallow has been out for more than a year and the developers hasn't upgrade the app to work with the current software on top of that drains battery like no other

Having issues after one week of use. Once I confirm an order, I keep receiving notifications that I have a new order from the same order! Occurring about every 15 seconds. Please fix!

our courier company's first and only choice... occasional glitches (we don't use the signature feature... just type in a name) ... remember to turn off your phone once a week and have the auto update feature on... also turn off DW at nite to save your battery

Always have issues don't have report after you're done with the job cannot properly communicate with the office always has issues this thing sucks and once you hit confirm and picked up a job you couldn't make mistake and hit confirm again and look like you never picked up the job anyways I don't feel like wasting more of my time you guys need to fix your problem with your software before you hear it 2 users

I have had issues with it not communicating with my dispatchers when I complete a delivery. It is frustrating and definitely can mess with my pay and I'm not feeling that. My dispatcher said there were buttons that I was supposed to be able to see to close out the app and I don't have those buttons. I'm very dissatisfied with this app and I have only used it for one day...smh. I hope it gets better.

I do like the app, but there's1 big issue with it, when ever I get an order it just keep notifying me, and when I'm on the highway and can't check it, it really gets on my nerves, please fix it, 1 notification is enough, I have an HTC One X9

Good potential. Rough around the edges. App needs: 1) a dedicated settings button., 2) a dedicated exit button or at least an easier way to stop/exit the program at the end of the day, 3) bug fixes to whatever causes it to stop recording/submitting when a user confirms/picks up/delivers, 4) need some sort of "I'm not working right now" feature so drivers can turn off GPS during their lunch/break time to conserve battery and 5) transparency in how "out of cell coverage" use is handled - i.e. are pickup/delivery notations cached when the user isn't in coverage (like in a lower hospital basement without cell service) - and a way to let driver know when cached updates remain needing to be sent?

Easy to use. Little driver training required. Very detailed trip information on screen when viewed. It would be nice if driver coulf sellect to manually email POD at time of delivery when entering name by having an EMAIL POD check box.
