While I have booked cab I got message with cab number where in reality cab drivers coming with different cab number. Drivers don't even call to commuters at pickup point as we waited long time and simply gone with out intimate. Drivers having very RASH talking with commuters. As I am observed some of drivers listening songs while driving.Who the hell responsible for us if accident occurred while driving.
Worst service ever. No prompt response from customer support. Always late. Keeps passengers on trouble by cancelling the cabs abruptly and providing no good options for cancelled ride. No live tracking, proper information regarding timings and routes are not provided to the driver. Because of miscommunication between driver and the team, cab left early and was kept in trouble. Waited for one hour for the cab another day. Had similar bad experiences most of the time
Driver THREATENS TO PULL OUT OF CAB. Stops inside lanes & miss passengers. Missed stop, goes back to pick - delay. When advised positively Argues & Threatens to pull out. COMMUT, EZ SHUTTLE far better. Felt like travelling in rude Auto. Left my car to travel securely but Pathetic service from Easy Commute. QUITTING
Hopeless customer care, either always engaged or giving wrong info. Driver takes their own route, I not the route told to us. I lost aroubd Rs 100 bucks transfering into their wallet hoping to use. But never successful used it. Absolutely will not recommended to anyone. Please refrain from using app and losing money.
Have been using the Easy commute shuttle from couple of days. So far it has been a good experience riding with them and could able to get the best route for my travel to office. Drivers are polite and easy to mingle Prices are economical. On to the App usability part - few suggestions guess little care in terms of making the app more easy to use. - Notice free ride alert in My Wallet section but no clue how to claim it. - quick route save option in booking page is not highlighted properly Rewards Like - May be few extra credits when purchased in bulk
Pathetic service and customer care Drivers and company cancel rides at will. Also, very casual about passenger's time and money. I recently got 3 rides consecutively cancelled by the driver "just like that". Just this morning, the driver decided to leave the stop 5 minutes before time, just seconds before I could reach. Their executive casually asks me to reach the next stop, which is a km away within max 5 minutes, as if i did something wrong by not reaching early. I somehow manage it, but of course the driver wasn't there.. it was all just a lie.. Worst of all, they denied refunding me too. I'm switching to something else. If you have any shame, please let me transfer my remaining money from the wallet to my bank account. I have some 1500 bucks left.
I am totally disappointed with the behaviour and work of easy commute team. Here is what I faced with u guys.. I understand that the route from idbi bank gachibowli towards wipro circle is under renovation.. but it doesn't mean you drop the us who choose to get down at idbi bank somewhere for driver's convenience. I had a recent surgery and cannot walk long. Your drivers dropped me at gachibowli circle or wipro circle and leave. Hated this kind of service. If you choose to do this stop adding gachibowli idbi bank as a drop location in app and we won't book our cab .. please don't do this with again. Atleast trian your drivers well !! I am sorry completey disappointed and won't use easy commute again.
I am challenging the easy commute, take me on time atleast 1 ride, i will pay 3 rides prices. Useless commute, dirty vehicles.
If I have to added just rupees 2 to confirm a ride even than I have to add 100 minimum. It's irritating. Please provide flexible amount options
Cab got booked in the morning and automatically got cancelled and they informed me at 3.40PM and I need to start at 5.20PM not even two hours are there and there are no cabs for me to book just believed their timings and my complete plan got spoiled. Worst Experience
Horrible service ,negative stars. The cabs are never on time, one day I waited for more than 20mins. The very next day the same driver came 20mins early and left. I am not kidding, it was on 07/062017. The cab was scheduled at 8.35 in tkr kamaan stop, he had left the stop at 8.20 and was in the next stop. Plus Arrogant drivers, I requested him to wait for 5mins in the next stop. But he wouldn't. No refund was provided, and no response for the feedback. Drivers follow there own timings.waste of time and money. Do not use this app if you want a happy morning.
Not a good experience faced today and from last few days due to heavy traffic jams. I understand that there are many constraints for vehicles to go till DLF but how about taking the Gachibowli exit and dropping DLF guys first and go towards Wipro. Please ask your drivers to be sensible of the situations and ask them to be polite. These days I book Gachibowli cabs and they never reach Gachibowli circle on time. Delay is more than 20 mins than which is mentioned in the app. Update the timings according to the current traffic situations also I'm not able to track vehicles

Bugs...not user friendly.and the one * is for these guys argument with the customers.They forgot"in business customers are god's".so.much. Ride answers to customers. I can't use ur service rather I prefer rtc or commut.
Have been using easy commute for more than a month now and I must tell that these guys are doing a fantastic work. Great and prompt service, make my office commute a smooth ride. Very user friendly app as well.
Booked a cab got cab number and driver details got on the cab then after sometime the driver tells this is not the cab which I booked as there is a miscommunication with the owners and I had to get down and wait for 20 mins for the next cab then.Wrote to them the problem but no reply yet
Actually my drop point is at waverock Hyderabad and driver stopped an kilometre away and says that's my droppoint. Really rediculuos.

Evening service is not good. When ever shuttle is canceled they don't provide any alternatives, Experience this twice. Overall an average experience
Everything is ok...but plz ask your drivers to share the information if they are late. I waited for almost half n hour for more than 3 to 4 times. If possible plz reduce the costs.
Please issue some monthly pass. I am a regular travelers so no need to book everyday and provide some discount as well
Yesterday I booked a commute but I got a message stating that it has been cancelled due to technical reasons has it was a free ride but the same ride was available when it was booked by money i want to say pls don't make us fools by giving offers if u r not willing to give promotional offers then pls don't give and fools us
This feedback and writing after booking more than 50 bookings,never picks a call on the number provided for their support while booking,in any emergency. They now has got so much business &started ignoring customers.
Stood in the middle of the road.After taking cab from home anytime in your journey if ur vehicle breaks down, no alternate will be provided.Not at all safe ride & plan before boarding for alternate rides.
I am not able to book any rides with this app. I tried contacting these people in several ways (phone, live chat, email, feedback, etc). Till now I have not been able to contact them. There is some confusing information on routes in website and app. I don't know which one to beleive.
What this app is actually about ..no pickup points ..no drop points....how can v book cabs from this app..please develop your app like uber and ola ....
Possied with care center says will call back but we need to track them for issue ,no synchronization among driver and service guys ,need to improve there device quality #sick#easycommute

The master minds behind this idea should stop advertising in the routes that they do not provide service ...I always feel cheated by these kind of like the sign "up to 90%off" before cloth stores. There is no service in my area and totally a waste of time and I can't imagine how their service would be ...now that I registered , these guys can happily sell my number to any tom dick and harry now who will bug me for the rest of my life . Oh boy ,. These guys take the reviews too personal..

Didn't get any confirmation, cab, driver phn no details message to mobile after booking confirmed, so don't know how to contact driver, atleast diver didn't make a call. I didn't take the ride but i paid for that, whats the use ??? And there is no refund if we cancel the ride, atleast should return exculding the taxes. Edit: they use to call at the pickup location n use to get notifications too, well covered it bro, because i heared that many ppl faceing this same problem. N my phn is perfectly all right nothing wrong with that bcz i am getting push notifications from other shuttle services. And contacting for confirmation is must recent traffic situtations due to rains is a example. Abt cancleing the ride u didn't get what i am saying or u didn't ansd it properly, intentionally. What i mean is should cancel option didn't give me money refund. Ok and i gave suggestion that u should give atleast the reaming amount exlcuding the taxces, still u can't understand n upgrade ur selfs, no one can help u, that's y u ppl lagging in the race even though u ppl intiated in hyd. Hope u understand. Atleast check other shuttles like zipgo, commute, etc n compare ur selfs

I have send mail to you to delete one of my account as I have 2 accounts. But still I have not received any reply. I had to create another account as I was not able to sign in. One bad thing about the app is we cannot add specific amount of money as it is asking only for multiples of 100 rupees. Neither we can transfer remaining amount from wallet to bank. That is very disgusting. I have taken ride and paid 65, now I cannot add 10 rupees. I have to add 100. It means these guys want us to use the app/money. Maybe a business trick. Hope it will not continue in future. And also we cannot book a cab in odd timings. It is not suitable for people who work in rotational shifts.
Just Ok. Suggestion would be to define The title 'Free ride' more appropriately.Atleast show some thing like 'Free ride'( Please check FAQ's to know the meaning of it).
I suggest easy commute to provide 22 seater shuttle which could be very comfortable for us to travel long distances.. kindly try to provide better shuttles rather than wingers
