Digital Member Card

I've used both versions of this app. If you're coming from iOS, the functionality is identical; it just looks a little bit different. Works exactly as advertised.

I'm hoping that it will know me in a day or 2. It's annoying that it won't recognize me right away.

I almost didn't install because so many didn't work reviews. Had no issues although the refresh button is vague.

The app doesn't work for android devices. Called and talked to a customer service rep who said it's an issue with the most recent update but if you have an Apple product it'll work just fine. You'd think that bug would've been fixed but it's been going on for a while now and still no new update.

The update to this app now crashes under Android. It used to work fine but now when you open the app it immediately crashes.

App installed, data loaded, app ceased functioning. Priceless... I mean Pointless.

Initially loved this app. Now it just crashes. Bummer! Do they intend to ever fix the android app?

Does not work on a Samsung Edge. Every time I go, they seem aware of this problem. Still not fixed. It's a shame, because I appreciate the idea of a digital card app.

I enter my card number and zip and then nothing. It won't take them.

A real peice of crap. They should have hired a real developer or stuck with cardboard

It simply doesn't work. You can type in your member card number and zipcode but nothing happens. Hoping a fix goes through soon.

As others have reported, crashes when you try to initialize. Desperately needs to be revamped. LG G5 Android 6

Digital card always worked before. Now it takes the member info and when you launch the app. it crashes.

Can't even get through set up without failing.

Have had issues both times I have tried to use the app. Was told to get a temporary card at desk since I didn't have my card with me. Potential is there, but until I can use it, it rates poorly. Starbucks app scans just fine in the stores why can't this? - Motorola Nexus 6 Phone

Don't bother. It can't be scanned; every time I've tried using it the surly Art Institute employee waves her hand toward the member desk and dismisses me with "you need to get a printed pass." Just use the hard card.

This app is a great idea, but I've been in the museum several times and the bar code never worked, it can't be scanned. It needs to be improved !

Will not scan. No scanner at the museum can scan this card. Hence, the card is useless. Have tried reinstalling. No help. Galaxy S3.

Great app that substitutes for the physical member card. Never forget your card again.
