If the program was mechanical I would call it clunky! Bluetooth connectivity is marginal at best. And his thing syncs jobs slower than Helen Keller running a circuit board

It does what I need it to do. Don't move your truck while on break, it will switch to driving within a few feet of moving, which is NOT GOOD when you are waiting in line to get into a business.

Way easier to use than other ELDs.

Updates fix issues that I have usually. Pedigree team is very responsive in keeping the app working well. Great tool!

Have to run paper logs to backup incase elog crap out. Kind of a waste of everyone's time, management and driver's

Updates daily which slows you down, can't clear messages or remove yourself from message threads which become annoy real quick

They keep pushing weekly updates to fix bugs from the last update that was sent out to fix bugs from the last bug fix update. No improvements just a continuous cleanup of the problems they created trying to fix something.

Works half the time. Always have to do upkeep on it.

This app is piece of crap. Constanly updating.they get it working, then upate & goesback to crap. App is sluggish. Takes for ever to switch from driving to on duty automatically. Can't move my truck on tbe yard or customer without it quickly switching to driving automatically. Constanly getting moving without connected ecu (shows to be working on my end & company computer) wish i could throw it in the teash & run paper logs until company gets a real e-log system.

Message system is trash. Needs a mark all read, and a delete button for stupid messages. Fuel doesn't work at all.

Yet again bug fixes have created more problems. Not able to annotate entries.

The last update made the app extremely sluggish and unresponsive. Maybe you should put the bugs back in that you said were fixed.

app works ok EXCEPT it wont let me print load tickets pedigree says I have to use a samsung tablet off of their " preferred list " even though my ellipsis tablet has all the required operating software I DO NOT recommend this app until they get their STUFF figured out!!!!!

Can't get past some screens. It's so slow you can't tell if its working or froze up. I drove 10 miles and it still said I was on duty not driving. It was working great and I would have rated 5++ stars until they started "bug fixes". I was telling other trucking companies how nice it was but I'm eating my words now.

Quit pushing updates one per week!!

the log needs to be bigger ..the dots are hard to active to put in notes

Freeze, does what it wants to

The app crashes and freezes. It uses bluetooth to connect to the semi can. Bluetooth is not very consistant nor reliable. The worse of it all is that it is on an android tablet. That maybe pedigree's largest fault.

This thing solves a lot of headaches for Commercial Fleet drivers. Hours of service elogs and inspection records are great. I love having all of my dispatch orders on my screen and it just tells me what to do next!
