جامعة بوليتكنك فلسطين في مدينة الخليل هي جامعة فلسطينية عامة تلتزم بقوانين وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي الفلسطينية، وهي عضو في مجلس التعليم العالي الفلسطيني وأيضاً في اتحاد الجامعات العربية ورابطة الجامعات الإسلامية، واتحاد الجامعات العالمي، وتربطها علاقات تعاون مع العديد من المؤسسات الأكاديمية والمجتمعية العربية والأجنبية.
توفر الجامعة لطلبتها جواً أكاديمياً ملتزماً بالقيم العربية والإسلامية آخذةً بعين الاعتبار ظروف واحتياجات الشعب الفلسطيني وتقاليده، وتُسخر كل الإمكنيات المُتاحة لخدمة العملية التعليمية بشقيها النظري والتطبيقي، كما وتعمل بكامل طاقاتها على توظيف وسائل التكنولوجيا المتوفرة في خدمة هذه العملية، وتعمل أيضاً على مواكبة الاتجاهات الحديثة في هذه العلوم. Palestine Polytechnic University in Hebron is a Palestinian public university is committed to the Ministry of Education and Higher Education of the Palestinian laws, which are in the Palestinian Council for Higher Education and also the Association of Arab Universities and the Association of Islamic Universities member of the World Federation of the universities, and linking cooperation relations with many of the academic community of Arab and foreign institutions.
The University provides its students flown academically committed to the Arab and Islamic values, taking into account the circumstances and needs of the Palestinian people and its traditions, and harness all Alamknyat available to serve the educational process, both theoretical and practical, and is working at full capacity to employ the means available technology in the service of process, and also works to keep up with modern trends in this science.
