يتوقع منك -عزيزي الدارس- بعد دراسة هذا المقرر وتنفيذ جميع الأنشطة والتدريبات الواردة فيه أن تصبح قادرًا على:
عزيزي الدارس:
تهدف دراسة مقرر: (أحكام الأطعمة والأيمان والنذور) إلى تحقيق الأهداف الآتية:
1. بيان شمول الإسلام, وكماله.
2. بيان الأحكام الشرعية فيما يخص المسلم في باب الأطعمة والأيمان والنذور وما يتعلق بذلك من نوازل وقضايا مستجدة.
3. إبراز سعة ميدان الحلال والمباحات في الشريعة الإسلامية الغراء.
4. إبراز تفوق الفقه الإسلامي على ما عداه وإثبات شمول الشريعة واستجابتها لحل كل القضايا التي تواجه الأمة الإسلامية في كل زمان ومكان.
5. تعريف الدَّارسين وتفهيمهم مسائل هذه الوحدة, مع التعريج على أقوال الفقهاء ما اتسع إلى ذلك المقام وأمن التطويل.
